Maybe the manager (not sure), analyzed what went wrong., fast tracked my new order and then upgraded for the inconvenience caused by the app. I’ve eaten more than my share of Papa John’s pizza and this was by far the best I’ve ever had from them.“

“I called in for a carry out order and was told it would be ready in approximately 20 minutes. I arrived early and my three pizzas were ready right on time.
My pizzas were great and well received by my friends.
The staff was very friendly even as It appeared they had a rush of orders.“
