Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered on the app from parking lot. Went inside at the minute it said it was ready. The fries were cold. Went back inside & the employee kind of argued that we waited too long. It said it was ready at 3:31. We were inside at 3:32. She finally relented & made fresh fries. Felt like she shouldn't have argued because she could feel the fries were cold

Short and simple. The food and ice cream we ordered was all delicious and it was brought to us rather quickly. We dined in and then took some to go. Staff was nice. Restaurant was clean.

There aren't many dairy queens left so we like to go when we find one, but this was terrible service. No one was available when we got there. We had to wait for a worker to even show up at the counter. No sorry for your wait or even hello. She walked off without asking what kind of dipped cone the kids wanted. Not surprising she got the order wrong. She left before I paid and didn't return when the I was having trouble with the machine. Unfortunately I got it to work without help. Wish I wouldn't have paid for this terrible service. No thanks for coming out even a smile. I couldn't leave feedback with my receipt because I didn't get one. We were the only people inside the restaurant so I guess we were interrupting her alone time.

For the price of an Oreo Blizzard these days PLUS the cost of extra Oreo, I was shocked when I get my Blizzard and dig more than halfway down and still don’t see any Oreo pieces. I don’t normally go back and say something but I did this time and she said “it’s on the bottom” and then gives me a cup with more Oreo pieces. Now how the hell am I gonna get the Oreo pieces in this full Blizzard cup. Horrible service and poor excuses.

Used drive thru. Nothing like a blizzard on a hot day. Lady working the drive thru, super nice. Reese cup is my favotite, took it home, sat on porch in the shade and took my time. Delicious!!!

Free cone day, I did however pay to have mine dipped. Surprisingly I was the only person inline that knew about the giveaway. I informed them before I left the restaurant. I love their blizzards but the cone was just average. Thanks DQ for the promotion! I hope everyone has a great spring!
