Literally the worst service. They're like robots in here. Over worked and under staffed. Zero people work in the lobby only drive thru. I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes and not one person acknowledged me. Decided to try the drive thru and took almost 30 minutes just get through that. First time I've gone to a dairy queens in 2 years and wanted a treat. Whoever does the hiring needs to hire staff immediately before the staff you have start quiting. Great place and food but need more staff.

I don't know why or how, but this location is great compared to others in close by towns. I actually stopped eating at Dairy Queen for a long time because the food and service was so bad. I moved to Seymour so thought I'd try this one. I was so surprised that I loved the food and the workers are so nice here. Now it's on my list of regular places to eat!

I placed my order at the drive through. I didn't get the drink that came with my order. The little guy at the window called me SIR and I am NOT a SIR. I think he needs new glasses!

They are so sweet and friendly. She went out of her way to accommodate us. It's great to know that there are awesome people still in this world of ours.
