I accidentally ordered fajita nachos instead of fajitas online, and when I went to pick up my order, the staff immediately noticed my disappointment. Without hesitation, they offered to exchange it for what I originally meant to order. I couldn’t ask for better customer service — they went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. The Cheese Dip took 30 minutes to get to our table and it was cold.
The meal I ordered said "shredded cheese and cheese sauce" on a grilled chicken breast over a bed of lettuce.
I received a very thin piece of chicken on barely a teaspoon of lettuce with very little cheese sauce. (no shredded cheese)
I questioned the manager, I was promised a discount for being disappointed.
She deducted $1.10 off of a $78.46

I RECOMMEND THE PLACE IN FRONT OF WALMART!! MUCH BETTER AND AFFORDABLE FOOD!! JUST SAYING

If you go to Pelanchos in Seymour, make sure to ask for Alfredo!! Yes all of the other servers are great but this guys is the best server I ever seen!!!
As a long-time customer, the food here is always good. Like so many restaurants now, they undergo regular turnover of servers, but Maria G. was beyond excellent!! She was attentive and kept glasses filled. Their frozen margaritas are the best anywhere!

It was incredible, honestly. Service was a tad bit slow and forgetful at first, but when the food came it was made up for almost instantly. They also serve beer with a chilled glass which is a huge plus IMO. Hard to find that anywhere these days. With that being said, it will be our personal Mexican mainstay as far as dishes though. Keep up the good work, guys!
