This location is an absolute nightmare for a DoorDash driver. Every single time I have to come here it takes forever to get the order filled. This is the slowest most incompetent fast food restaurant in Seymour.

Ordered using the app. Was told i had to go through the drive through to get my order. No drive up service.By the time I got my order and got home the food was cold. And I mean cold. Usually I order, get there, enter the stall number in the app and a few minutes later the food is brought out hot so it is still warm when I get home 5 minutes away.

Sat in the drivethru for 5 minutes and no one came to take my order. Waited at the stall for another 5 and no one took my order. Guy pulls up beside me and they immediately take his. Three people just standing around inside. This place needs some help if it wants to stay in business.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. First they were drive through only, I understand that, but I sat at the bay deciding to order and Noone came to let us know until I pressed the button to order, when someone rudly said drive thru only.I went around to order and the girl was speaking so fast I couldn't understand her. Then I could hear her attitude over the intercom. Then proceeded to speak so fast I'm not even sure the order she repeated was correct I just said, yea sure.Went around and order took forever to come back, even the people behind me had their food before me.Girl with blue hair, she must hate her job and her life. Just horrible experience and service

It sounded like the crew members were fighting in drive thru. Took 15 minutes for 2 cheese burgers . 2 tots .2 drinks. Might have driven off, but the window crew had our credit card .. food was cold & tots old & warm..won't be back..?
