Use to be fast. I'm sure staffing is the issue, but it shouldn't take 10+ minutes sitting at the window to get 2 milkshakes when there are 4 people in the isle making things, I couldn't see how many were in the back, but only two cars parked in spots. I was the 4th car in line when I ordered and no cars were behind me once I payed. When I finally got my super messy cup milkshakes there were 5 new cars behind me. I gave 2 stars because was fast. Ordered kids chicken tenders with BBQ. Server could have just said we now have a charge for sauce. Many places do. My granddaughter likes it. I would have gladly paid charge. Also ordered 2 orders Tots and 2 fries. Received No ketchup. No napkins. So I rang to request ketchup and BBQ. Server comes out with only 4 packs ketchup. 1 BBQ sauce. And tells me "the manager said to tell you there is a charge for the sauce. But we will forget it this time"...read full review
