Ordered using the app. Was told i had to go through the drive through to get my order. No drive up service.By the time I got my order and got home the food was cold. And I mean cold. Usually I order, get there, enter the stall number in the app and a few minutes later the food is brought out hot so it is still warm when I get home 5 minutes away.

Use to be fast. I'm sure staffing is the issue, but it shouldn't take 10+ minutes sitting at the window to get 2 milkshakes when there are 4 people in the isle making things, I couldn't see how many were in the back, but only two cars parked in spots.
