I get the sausage egg and cheese double hash brown bowl every single time I come here and without fail they never put it on even though I pay extra for it

Worst breakfast ever! We got our breakfast in bits, drinks, bacon and sausage. A couple of waffles came. Then a 3rd one. The 4th one never came. We had to ask for it. Bacon was greasy as was the plate it was sitting on along with charred pieces where the grill is rarely cleaned, if ever. Never drained the bacon at all. One waffle was burned. By the time the 4th waffle came, the bacon and coffee were cold. Terrible service, terrible food. Will not go back. Such a waste of money. They desperately need a manager who knows what they're doing and servers who care. Ugh!

We had a delicious breakfast this morning. There were plenty of staff to help us. The waitresses quickly cleared the dirty tables for new customers. The food was prepared to order. The pecan waffle was fluffy and delicious. Everything was great!

Our experience today: This was the friendliest staff and best food from any WaHo that I’ve been to, maybe ever. I rarely ever leave reviews, but this location deserves a pat on the back today! Nice job! Nora and April were very attentive staff members. :)
I had the worst experience for the hundredth time with this particular cook. His name is jay. I have been eating at Waffle House for over a year and ever since, the cook would be very rude when explaining how I want my food etc. however the server that I’m usually used to is Joey was really polite and tried to help me in the best way he can. He is the sweetest. Waffle House please do better with jay. I have heard several people speak bad about him even the employees. I would stop coming to Waffle House if this is the treatment I get !!

Everything would have been 5 star. But...we ask for scrambled eggs and the male cook fried the egg and chopped it up. That's not scrambled eggs. The hash browns could have been cooked a little longer. Service was great from the servers very attentive. We will go back for sure and try it again maybe it was just that cook that does eggs that way
