The most unprofessional ppl ever works here! They can’t get an order straight! They accuse ppl of scamming them when you bring the wrong food and with even worse customer service. We brought the wrong food back to them they kept it. Captain D’s is eventually going straight out of business! I promise we can pay for our food. They need to hire better employees! You work at a fish joint not not president of the United States! Y’all act real silly and will not give numbers...read full review
broiler and grill been down for days or weeks. unable to serve salmon when no one else in town has this fish as an option. no reply on when it will be up and running or fixed!!!
I would give them a 0 if I could what makes it so bad I worked for this company for about 7 years I ordered a fish and shrimp with extra hush puppies and fries at the the speaker and requested it be cooked fresh because of my drive home I have never had them not cook it fresh when I order the cashier takes the money gives my change and receipt and ask what sauces I tell her she puts the food in the bag with sauces and hands it out the window it just came up she says well fish...read full review
