Ordered a regular philly and a chicken philly. I am not entirely sure why the Philly is the only sandwich where you have to add the ingredients manually. Ordering a Philly and not getting onion on it is the same as ordering a reuben and not getting sauerkraut. The picture shows a gorgeous sandwich... That sandwich is nothing like what you get as the standard. You have to sort through the entire menu and add all the stuff in the picture to make it look anything close to the picture. The bread was undercooked and it's a hot sandwich it's meant to be toasted. Terrible Philly. This is a much closer to what a Philly should look like these are my homemade Phillies. The ones on the plates are mine the ones on the wrapper are yours.

1st time since this place opened in Shelbyville tn that we have had a problem. The store is always clean and workers are friendly. But tonight was a girl we never have felt with and she pulled her phone out of her shirt while taking our order and had someone on facetime. Then went and cooked our food as she proceeded to facetime this person. There was one couple in there before us and we waited awhile . We eat here 2 to 3 times a week . The food was not right. Poor experience

First time at a Penn station. I ordered the Reuben. Very good and was prepared hot...meat cooked on the grill. Wish we had a location in Huntsville Alabama
Great sandwich and fries!

Best sub In town
Let's start with the fact that this place is extremely overpriced for the quality you get in the food....$60 for 3 subs and everyone was a disappointment....The lady that took our order was rude and impatient with my 68 year old mother....I don't review places often but feel like I should warn others of this place....We will not be back and I wouldn't recommend folks to come here

Price is way too high for a bland sandwich. Got the regular size turkey bacon ranch with fries and a drink and it was $20. Sandwich taste was boring in comparison to fire house turkey bacon ranch.
