Went through the drive thru where to lady taking my order was so rude and condescending that I left without getting anything!

Popeye's is known for its good food and terrible service. I think today things have improved some but in the not so distant past, the employees on second shift here were very rude, had no sense of urgency or customer service, and as always, the food takes a very long time to cook. They shut down their fryers an hour (!) before close, yet offer a full menu on Door dash until fifteen minutes before close.

The line was long but the manager on shift was accommodating and quite nice..she tried to replace the item they didn't have with something of equal value. I was overall excited about my food and it tasted good..I love the ghost pepper chicken sandwich..the mash potatoes were not the best but overall the experience was good.

Terrible Experience
I went to Shelbyville Popeyes and the drive-thru signs were broken, which made ordering impossible, as the screens were blank. Despite nobody else being in the drive-thru, I waited over four minutes without any service and ended up leaving. With plenty of other chicken places around, Popeyes needs to do better. Count your days—this was unacceptable.

It's hit and miss on fresh chicken.

So I go through popeyes, to get a four piece wing meal spicy. The lady in the drive through said "We only have one wing cooked." Now keep in mind that it's 12:30 in the afternoon. Why wouldn't a chicken place always have chicken cooking doing one of the peek times of day?

I ordered a 3 piece meal for coleslaw with pickles potatoes nasty and gave me a wing and the smallest drum will not go back nasty

The manager asked me if she could help me. I told her the name that I was picking up. she said okay, it'll be a minute... I waited for 20 minutes just for another cashier to ask me if I needed help. I told her the name as well that I was there for and then she told me that they didn't see the order come in that they never dropped chicken for the order and it would be a 15-20 minute wait?!?!?!?! Incompetent managers? I believe so!

Usually I dnt have a problem with them but today I got an order and Brea didn’t give me my change I called once I realized I was missing it and she tried to say she gave it to me well once I corrected her bc I gave her exactly 61 cent so I should hav jus got bills back she got the manager and he says he counted her register and it wasn’t short so not sure who has my money but really sucks being cheated out of it you need to do better and make sure you hand back change not so mad about the money jus the principle of my money being stolen then acting like I’m lying really hope it came in handy
