They could start by training employees to listen...
I waited until past 2pm on Saturday 4/13 to be past the lunch rush.
I ordered 2 Wendy's double combos for my wife and I, dine in.
I specifically asked for hot burgers and fries and I asked if they would make some attempt to make it look like the picture!
15 minutes later my order arrives... cold. Burger cold, cheese out of the fridge cold and fries cold as cardboard.
