We have ordered cookies from her for years, but was very disappointed picking up cookies for my grandson’s birthday. Cashier was very friendly and helpful, but the Signal Mtn Cookie lady came out and was very rude when I inquired about the order that my daughter made. I will not be back and as a small business owner, customer communication and service is essential.

Besides being beautiful, delicious cookies that are our go-to treat, year round, the Cookie Lady is an incredibly thoughtful lady who went ABOVE and BEYOND for me and the cookies she made, extra! as if she has spare time ?, for my kid's promotion party. Customer service on another level. Small businesses (or not small) could learn a lot from this gem on our mountain!
Purchased custom logo cookies and not only did they come out perfect, but she test printed them just to make sure they would!! Perfect for schools, companies, and weddings!

I had a great experience with Signal Mountain Cookie Lady for a last minute order at Thanksgiving. She was very responsive on social media and the phone, and created beautiful cookies based on some ideas I sent her. She and her daughter were really friendly and pleasant to work with when I picked them up. Overall it was a great experience, and my family loved the cookies!
Absolutely gorgeous cookies. Had one at an open house, adorable little house cookie. Delicious as well.
