“Food was cooked and delivered just great except I didn't order from the app and last time I did it took me 10 minutes to get my food after I arrived, but it would be nice if McDonald's wouldn't pressure so much on drive thru times. I ordered in the drive thru, drive up and pay, and you are immediately sent to wait in a parking space, come on it is a drive thru not a Sonic... .... Oh and since all the spaces were full I was sent to a handicap spot to park in. Employees were great.“

“Because humans are more likely to leave a review when they are disappointed than when they’re pleased.. I just want to say I’ve always had a positive experience at Smithville McDonald’s. I worked at one 20 years ago and remember how stressful it was..fast paced, surprise crowds, special orders, angry customers, long lines, crew changes.. I challenge anyone who criticizes it from the outside to get a job there for a month, to see if they can keep up and keep a smile and keep everything clean while serving hordes of disgruntled spoiled customers (who obviously make NO mistakes in their own work ?)
My foods always hot made correctly and handed with a smile. The $5 meal deal is a great deal. I don’t know how they even manage to keep the lines moving.. but they do. Many of these workers are first time workers, teens. Doing their best. Training is going on every day. Be kind. I (shamefully) eat there at least twice a week. And I’m always happy. Good job guys!“
