Got 2 Big Macs today the burgers was cooked great. Was enjoying them and all a sudden a hair in my Big Mac was end of that . I can’t even keep eating after threw it away and went hungry makes me sick . I hate hair nets all that to is something that needs done over food. They may have them but was a longer hair so know wasn’t mine am almost bald. Spend money to get food should be safe . Rest was great no other problem thanks.

Because humans are more likely to leave a review when they are disappointed than when they’re pleased.. I just want to say I’ve always had a positive experience at Smithville McDonald’s. I worked at one 20 years ago and remember how stressful it was..fast paced, surprise crowds, special orders, angry customers, long lines, crew changes.. I challenge anyone who criticizes it from the outside to get a job there for a month, to see if they can keep up and keep a smile ...
