THIS WAS POSTED BY A FRIEND ON FB AND COMMENTED ON SEVERAL TIMES. ITS ALL TRUE AND THIS PLACE REALLY DOES SUCK.....Hey I just wanted to give everybody a heads up to steer clear of Arby's we just left there had a almost $40 order and we left went to quick and easy and started to hand the kids their food the chicken was cold in the sliders the Buns were hard as bricks my French dip was so soggy it was coming through the paper so I called to tell them that I'd like to have a refund and to bring the food back and she told us there was no way the chicken was cold because she cooked it herself which it doesn't matter who cooked it it was still cold we never were given a receipt at the window we were given $3.06 of change without a receipt so whenever we took the food back we realized there wasn't a receipt and she flung her arms across her chest and said well without that receipt there's nothing we can do about it mind you her employee that was rude as hell taking our order and just mad at the world that she had to tip her earbud up out of her ear did not give us the receipt so they took $40 and we had to go somewhere else and get different food just be aware folks. And it's no wonder the Lil employees has such an shifty attitude problem, because that managers was just as bad and she was scream8ng at me not letting fully explain anything to her. Said they absolutely would never not give a receipt. Ummmm. SMH.
