So hot, fresh, and tender.Chocolate shake was good and thick.Server was so sweet, remembered our sauces and napkins. Love the lights on the building at night.The only complaint was the fries. Cajun fries were overdone. Regular fries had no salt.“
“Overall, food is amazing. There has only been maybe once or twice I've gotten food where maybe the fries wasn't "as hot" as I thought or somethin, but other than that, they really take the time to make sure u always have your order right and fresh. The prices are steep and definitely need to be re-evaluated, but other than pricing, it's a great place to go. Unlike some fast food places, you wait and wait in the drive-thru or they ask you to "pull up" and when u get your food it's cold and thrown together. Not here! If they ask u to pull up, u better believe your food will be fresh even after having to wait. If the rating was 2 different ratings for food and pricing, the food would definitely get a 5 star, but since it's altogether I gave 4 stars just b/c I feel like it's a lil over-priced .“
“LOL! It's KFC! I don't usually eat "fast" food, but the situation came up. It was the typical food/experience. The girl at the register was very patient and nice. She accurately accommodated the fact that I knew what I wanted, but not what to call it. Very sweet, polite girl!“
“Just had a bad experience one night ordered online got there told me everyone just went to lunch had wait 30min and well the 30 min ended up being 1 and half hrs and they were extremely rude I did report it to corporate but was only time had bad experience.“
“Staff is always friendly and food is always fresh. My only complaint is the use of coupons. I get A LOT of Hardee's coupons. The staff seems to be confused on which coupons I can use one time and which ones I can hold onto and use again during a certain time period. A manager once told me that the paper ones are one time use but the plastic ones can be kept and used throughout the dates on the card. But then, I've had employees keep the plastic ones and say you can't use them again. It's not a real big deal, I'd just like to know going in if I'll be able to use a coupon if I have one.“
“Pretty quick w/orders. I do door dash & pick up orders from them. They help get orders out on time even if they are short w/workers. Food is always hot & good. Totally recommend eating here, ordering from here. Staff is super nice & love their main manager Audrey. Known her since high school she has always worked their.“
“We habitually visit this particular Subway. The food is always great, and the employees are always very patient and kind to my children. Richard is often there when we visit and is always top notch. He is very friendly and an obvious leader.“
“I am so happy to report that their are some gluten free options that my kids actually enjoy. Of course you have the regular hard shell taco, and we leave off the cheese and sour cream for dairy free. Also, my littles love the Doritos Loco Tacos, and the protein bowl. We all love the protein bowl. And last but not least, this crew seems more competent and capable that some fast food places in town, and besides that they are usually very polite and friendly. FINALLY some young people being taught the way I was WAY BACK WHEN.. . ??GOOD FOR YOU SMITHVILLE TACO BELL! If nothing else you hired some good people.“
“Ordering through the app is the easiest! Hub had supersonic with mozzarella sticks. Grandson the fried chicken combo. Me the fish. No issues with hamburger and chicken. Husband commented it was a really good burger. I tried a mozzarella stick and it was very tasty. Seasoned just right.The fish? Won't have again. The fish was really mild. I believe only mayonnaise was put on the sandwich rather than tartar sauce. Pickles did add a little, but overall, it tasted like cardboard. I really like fast food fish sandwiches once in a while for something completely different. I can't recommend the Sonic fish sandwich.“
“It has great tasting vanilla ice cream cones dipped in birthday hard chocolate. The hamburger was cooked and The bun was soft. The blizzard was made to perfection. (Can't go wrong with any blizzard) the chicken finger meal tasted great. Gravy was delicious. Bathrooms were clean. Employees were friendly and busy. Great attitudes.“
