ITS ALL TRUE AND THIS PLACE REALLY DOES SUCK.....Hey I just wanted to give everybody a heads up to steer clear of Arby's we just left there had a almost $40 order and we left went to quick and easy and started to hand the kids their food the chicken was cold in the sliders the Buns were hard as bricks my French dip was so soggy it was coming through the paper so I called to tell them that I'd like to have a refund and to bring the food back and she told us there was no way the chicken was cold because she cooked it herself which it doesn't matter who cooked it it was still cold we never were given a receipt at the window we were given $3.06 of change without a receipt so whenever we took the food back we realized there wasn't a receipt and she flung her arms across her chest and said well without that receipt there's nothing we can do about it mind you her employee that was rude as hell taking our order and just mad at the world that she had to tip her earbud up out of her ear did not give us the receipt so they took $40 and we had to go somewhere else and get different food just be aware folks. And it's no wonder the Lil employees has such an shifty attitude problem, because that managers was just as bad and she was scream8ng at me not letting fully explain anything to her. Said they absolutely would never not give a receipt. Ummmm. SMH.“

“I am so happy to report that their are some gluten free options that my kids actually enjoy. Of course you have the regular hard shell taco, and we leave off the cheese and sour cream for dairy free. Also, my littles love the Doritos Loco Tacos, and the protein bowl. We all love the protein bowl. And last but not least, this crew seems more competent and capable that some fast food places in town, and besides that they are usually very polite and friendly. FINALLY some young people being taught the way I was WAY BACK WHEN.. . ??GOOD FOR YOU SMITHVILLE TACO BELL! If nothing else you hired some good people.“

“LOL! It's KFC! I don't usually eat "fast" food, but the situation came up. It was the typical food/experience. The girl at the register was very patient and nice. She accurately accommodated the fact that I knew what I wanted, but not what to call it. Very sweet, polite girl!“

“Because humans are more likely to leave a review when they are disappointed than when they’re pleased.. I just want to say I’ve always had a positive experience at Smithville McDonald’s. I worked at one 20 years ago and remember how stressful it was..fast paced, surprise crowds, special orders, angry customers, long lines, crew changes.. I challenge anyone who criticizes it from the outside to get a job there for a month, to see if they can keep up and keep a smile and keep everything clean while serving hordes of disgruntled spoiled customers (who obviously make NO mistakes in their own work ?)
My foods always hot made correctly and handed with a smile. The $5 meal deal is a great deal. I don’t know how they even manage to keep the lines moving.. but they do. Many of these workers are first time workers, teens. Doing their best. Training is going on every day. Be kind. I (shamefully) eat there at least twice a week. And I’m always happy. Good job guys!“

“Pretty quick w/orders. I do door dash & pick up orders from them. They help get orders out on time even if they are short w/workers. Food is always hot & good. Totally recommend eating here, ordering from here. Staff is super nice & love their main manager Audrey. Known her since high school she has always worked their.“
