“The young lady at the drive thru window was absolutely terrific. She was thorough and kind. I ordered a meal for my dad and said no sour cream on the burrito. She asked about sour cream on something else that I didn't realize had it. Everything was done with a smile. The food was out quickly and exactly as ordered. This is now my go-to Taco Bell. Infinitely better than the one in Cookeville on Jackson.“

“Food was cooked and delivered just great except I didn't order from the app and last time I did it took me 10 minutes to get my food after I arrived, but it would be nice if McDonald's wouldn't pressure so much on drive thru times. I ordered in the drive thru, drive up and pay, and you are immediately sent to wait in a parking space, come on it is a drive thru not a Sonic... .... Oh and since all the spaces were full I was sent to a handicap spot to park in. Employees were great.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! “Food was really good, staff was friendly and efficient. Atmosphere was nice and quite but a few tables could of been cleaned up after they were used by other customers. I'm sure it was because we went there during/after the Sunday lunch rush and I'm sure they are understaffed just like many other food places in our area.. Overall, I give them a great 4 ⭐ which is an excellent rating in my opinion.

“Orders are done at a kiosk to the left as you come in. Luckily a patron told me what to do after standing near the dining area for awhile. There are cash only kiosks, but they are labeled. A ticket is supposed to be printed after paying. Nothing on the screen directs you to take the QR code ticket or where to find it. Confusing and again a patron helped.

The food was good, fresh, and hot. I ordered extra lettuce but only one leaf was on the sandwich. I'm not going to have it remade over less lettuce, wasteful.
The lady at the drink station was helpful in assisting using the QR codes to get your drink. I noticed there were many issues and she handled them.
Another employee was constantly cleaning the dining area. It looked great.“

“Firehouse Subs are the best in my opinion. The meat.and ingredients mesh together so well. The bread is fresh. They give you generous amounts of fresh meat slices as well as the veggies. The sauce compliments the ingredients and brings out the flavor. Always a special treat when we are in town.“

I Never write reviews for fast food but I had to for this experience. We got triple smash burgers and omg they were so delicious!!! The burger was put into box with care. Perfectly placed patties on the bun. I know its dumb to mention it but so often when you get fast food it looks like they tried to make it ugly or really angry and fast while making it. Chili cheese fries are always delicious and a cherry coke to wash it all down. Just fantastic. Everything boxed with care. It was a fairly long wait, however, very understandable because it was packed and food came out hot and fresh, even the fries. It was like it was cooked to order. Highly recommend those new smash burgers!“

“I had no problem with this mc donalds. I am from out of state and they didn't have strawberry cream pies like my home state mc donalds do. Other than that food was fresh and hot. Think I went here for lunch once and 2 times for breakfast. No issues.“
