Maybe it just me but just seems like there pizza isn't as good as they use to be maybe went with cheaper ingredients or not for sure but to me just not the same just not Pappa Johns seem like most all restaurants are like this anymore

This has to be the worst 2 pizzas I've ever gotten. Something was wrong with the crust and I can't figure out what it was. I got 2 thin crust with alfredo sauce, and they were just bad. No taste, and the sauce and toppings just slid off. I will never waste my money again. $50 literally in the trash.

Pizza is good but I've had issues with this place before. I think they need to change their place to just carry out. Half the time they've not got delivery driver. When you call an order in or do it online how are you supposed to know? You know they check these orders before making their food you know they know it's delivery before making them. They should at least call the person before making the food and tell them there's no delivery person and give them the option to cancel. But they done already make the food and then call. The last time I had this to happen they cancelled my order this time they didn't.

The wait was much, much longer than indicated. When I arrived at the store a line was already forming. One woman said she had been waiting close to an hour. When we finally got the pizza home, not only was the order incorrect, but the entire center crust was missing - there was no crust - it had been covered over instead with toppings. We had a pizza donut made to look like a whole large supreme. Will not go back.

Worst pizza I've ever had in my life. The dough was basically raw & most of cheese wasn't even melted.. I had to cook it more in my oven at home before we could eat it.. By then we were so disgusted we didn't even want it... Worst thing I ever spent $36 on... And no I do not want a replacement. I'll take a full refund...

Ordered at 6:30 pm and now 8:30 pm and still no delivery. Very disappointed, before always great service.
Placed order online, stated it would be 119 minutes for two pizzas, canceled order. Had no trouble getting the same pizzas from Domino's in 10 minutes. What's up Papa John's?
