Very disappointed in my latest Crumbl experience. We ordered a 4 pack online and was given an hour wait before we could pick them up. When we arrived, our order was not filled and we were told that 2 out of the 4 cookies were "sold out". They were all available when we ordered. So, basically if you walk in, you get more selection than if you order online ahead of time?

They add way too much salt to the chocolate chip cookie. I asked for happy birthday not they did not put any notes.

I never had such a bad experience at Crumbl cookies are normally alway fresh , this time they are old and cold . This location is horrible . They told me the cookies are not suppose to be warm 🙄 can someone from Crumbl please reach out to me I am really disappointed Pink Velet is my favorite and I caught on Saturday the last day before new rotation of cookies
