we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
I placed an order through the Little Cesar’s website on 12/31/21. They use Door Dash for deliveries, which I was not aware of. My order was never delivered. I called and received a confirmation number for a refund. Now, almost 2 weeks later after waiting on hold for customer service for over an hour one day and then leaving a message requesting a call back.
