best location went above and beyond for me! Amanda is s great manager also.
What a joke. We ordered a pizza and never got it.
The drive first said he came inside and driveled. Then said he gave it to a man standing outside that said it was his.
LOL, not funny.
We had to beg for a refund and all they offered was a coupon for 50% off on our next order.
AND said they did not understand because this has never happened. It was like we did something wrong and offended them. Someone is on drugs.

So glad I decided to not pre tip my Papa Johns delivery tonight. I ordered via the app, delivery was done via Door Dash. Driver couldn’t find our house, he texted letting me know he was here. He wasn’t at my place, it took him 10 mins, 5 texts from me and me having to step outside to find me.
The only good thing about tonight’s pizza, is that I had it made well done so it was still hot when it finally got to me.
