We ordered an artichoke and steak and cheese sandwich and they hardly put any toppings at all. And don’t get me started on the meat in the steak and cheese, some parts of the sandwich were void of meat. That’s unacceptable for the price. And I couldn’t come back because I had to go to work. Why can we fit the sandwiches between our fingers and our hands are small?

I have been coming this location for over a year now, and for over a year they have had an extremely bad smell from the moment you walk in. Everytime im there they tell me it’s because of the pipe but you would think after a year of the same issue it would be resolved. The food is amazing, which is why me and my family continue to come here. (My current order was $98 to feed my household of 6). I normally never write reviews but this is just lazy at this point. Somebody at the top needs to fix this. It’s a clear plumbing issue but the crazy part is nobody at the top cares enough after it being like this for over a year. You set your staff up to deal with unhappy customers every time that they walk in with that smell which is completely unfair to them. Again, this is coming from someone who has eaten at Penn Station go over 10 years, I simply expect better from such a great establishment, somebody needs to be held accountable.

Stumbled on this place one Saturday and now I go at least once a week for the Italian sub. It is the best I’ve had.

After this location has messed up plenty of my orders, I felt like it was time to give it a try. But, nope waited inside for 30 minutes for my sandwich to get made wrong and the fries not even thought about till after the sandwiches were done.

Tried to place an order via phone girl not able to. So I went in to place to place a to go order not any better. Could not hear girl at resister as piped on music drowned out her, very timid had to repeat order several times finally left. Went to Jersey mikes was greeted and order taken with no issues in and in about ten minutes. You will loose customers if the server has an interest in taking order. Don’t waste your time

Just got home with my food had to stop dude from making it wrong once just wanted light onions on my Philly so my sandwich definitely has lots of onions the guy just picked off the other ingredients he put on there and I specifically ordered the ghost pepper Philly and it’s a regular Philly. I understand messing up once but after that stop and read the darn receipt. Normally everything is good here but this time it wasn’t. Different guy on the grill hopefully he’s new or something.

Best quick eats Philly I’ve ever had. I messed up my order and didn’t ask for toppings. They caught it and I asked them to make it how they would eat it…. Perfect 🤌

Bathroom was dirty, main floor was wet all over, subs weren’t great, the teenagers working there messed up a couple of our orders, chairs not great quality

Staff was friendly but it’s was empty lunch which should have been telling. Food took a while and wasn’t very good. Wayyy too expensive for what you got.

1st time going. Service was very friendly and the food was hot and fresh. I had the Philly and this was great. If you like the Philly at Jersy Mikes, then you will def like this. The small sandvich is still big.

I looked inside the sandwich and nothing was added, it was only bread and chicken….

I wish I could rate it lower, that is so ridiculous and lazy.
