Penn Station East Coast Subs

Just received my food that was ordered through delivery. Took an hour to get here. Driver was at restaurant for majority of the time - not sure what happened.

Sandwich was missing ingredients and hardly had anything on it, which is not normally the case.

Fries were green, some more than others. Ate a few that appeared less green, but about 95% of them were not edible. Bitter flavor and throat feels slightly irritated now. Hoping I won't have to go to get checked by a physician.

I did a large online order for my work group, and everything was done just as requested and perfectly on time. Good food, as always, but I had to give a special nod to this location for their work and timeliness! Thanks!!

this is my favorite place to eat but today i was super disappointed. my sandwich was very burnt and not enjoyable 🙁

Ok for one, this place 100% deserves more than a 4.1. From some of the reviews, some of y'all don't get out much if you think it's expensive. Good food is a little more than the $10 meal combo thing you are buying. Took longer than the 3 minutes you are used to? How's that food from the holding oven tastes verse fresh off the grill here? A lot of the bad reviews are old so maybe "growing pains" were the issue. Not anymore. Awesome food, awesome service, clean store and very fast. Awesome job!

This is the Best Penn Station I’ve ever been too it’s a very chill and clean spot they have different type of music the service is spot on Joey and Mila did an amazing job when me and my boyfriend came in our sandwiches were amazing I got the Philly steak😍 while my boyfriend got the chicken teriyaki🤩 both recommend highly

Today It Was Amazing I Met These Two Amazing Employee’s Joey & Mila It Was A Busy Rush And They Served Us Still With The Most amazing Attitude and made sure my food was fresh and hot and fast and the most beautiful part is I left not only with a full stomach and a smile I left with a chance to turn my life around and that was a job opportunity gotta love penn station and most importantly gotta love Joey and Mila thanks for the delicious food and opportunity love y’all .

Sandwiches are always great! If someone gets a loaded sandwich, have them wrapped it twice. The paper will fall apart, and you will be wearing it instead of eating it. Lesson Learned!!!

I'm eating my lunch and had to write a review. This is the third time ordering from this location and it is so delicious. Fresh ingredients, order is always accurate when I place it online and the employees are very friendly. 10/10 recommend for a delicious sandwich or wrap!
