This place is hit and miss. Mostly hit. The last visit was after 8PM. The chicken was looked and taste like it was under a heat lamp for much longer than it should have been. The fries were hard. Both were dried out. I think after 7 pm they do not cook fresh food.

So disappointing. Didn't get my 5 piece chicken tenders meal, all 4 drinks had no ice and tasted flat. The biscuit was better tasting than the chicken.

Excited about the blackened tenders. They were horrible, not seasoned or cooked long enough. I bit into one and it was not tender, but tough. The gravy tasted off. Never again. Very inconsistent.

No straws or sauces on the dispenser
No ice in the fountain
They didn't give me what I requested
Bathrooms are in really bad conditions
The floor is slipery

Overall I would say is a No No, not my favorite place

I went there on may 2 went to the drive thru was told i had to come into order because the drive thur was closed this was at 7 pm went inside there was two people ahead of me waiting to order it took them forever to take an order there was seven people in there working and they just seem so confused of what they were doing took forever to get the order and when I did get the order it wasn't all in there.
So I had to ask for the rest of it and it took over 40 minutes from the time I got there to get my order i would never go there again because that was entirely too long to wait on food that wasn't even hot.

Ordered regular chicken at Popeyes Smyrna, TN and got spicy instead. Called multiple times to fix the mistake — no one answered the phone at all. Left my name and number no one called.After a few days of an on line complaint I was refunded $ 13.95 of a $20.00 order charged full price for the side and biscuit. Absolutely horrible customer service with zero help or accountability. One of the worst experiences I've had. Do not recommend this location.
