Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This location is so bad. It's so sad because Popeyes is my favorite chicken place. They take so long to give the food and then it's not even fresh, It's down right cold.

Not a fast food place. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out was 28 minutes. It was not busy and there was no chicken ready. As I watched the staff, I recognized quickly they don’t have a system. They work as if fried chicken is an on demand product. It isn’t. Cook times for chicken are too long for “on demand”…that is for burger places. Based on just looking at month’s worth of reviews it is consistent that the owners and management are not addressing the issue of wait time. How they expect repeat customers is beyond my comprehension.

went through drive thru, said we'd be waiting 5 minutes and told us to pull up. 17 mins later i got out of the car, went inside and asked. told me it would be another 13 mins. so, almost 30 minutes later we had our food. they weren't even busy. at least the food was good.

I asked no chicken wings for my 16 piece chicken only but I wasn't allowed to buy without wings included...why? What if I don't like wings? Do am not allowed to buy? Very disappointed. I had repeatedly tell the manager duty at night no wing but she kept telling me ( mom it has wings included honey i am sorry) it sounds like it's all up for me to buy or not and also, it takes 30 to 45 minutes late especially night shift.

I love Popeyes flavor, but im always waiting for the food to be done. I even order 20 minutes ahead and still wait 10-15 minutes for my food to get made. I also have to check my bag every time as 99% of the time it's missing. Today is my last day coming here, my coworkers don't come either due to this locations time management.

The young lady at the register walked away without giving my order ticket. Sauce was not labeled. Guessing it is the signature hot sauce was like burnt BBQ sauce with sand and no heat at all. I was hoping this one would be better then any I have tried. Was I ever wrong. This is by far the worst one I have been in.

This place used to be good 7 years ago. Where do I start ? Bathroom was filthy ! If i could attach an odor to my review I would 🤢 Reeked of old urine and there weren't any paper towels and the paper towel holder was about to fall off the wall. Floor throughout entire lobby was greasy and nasty. Trash all under the soda machine. Soda machine was also out of half the drinks. No napkins, straws, or condiments in the lobby. Cashier was handling food without gloves whereas some other in the back had them on. Cashier was also burping while fixing food ! Will never step foot back in this place again 🤦‍♂️
