Everything was fast and efficient, the tables could have been cleaner, and I did have to get my drink remade due to it being the wrong size, however my experience could have just been the crew working that day! Overall a great Starbucks!

the worst starbucks location there is. extremely slow staff with zero sense of urgency. they tell you 5 minute wait and then you’ll end up waiting 45 minutes for 2 drinks regardless of simplicity. whoever signed off on the remodel to make the dining area smaller needs to be fired because there is absolutely nowhere to stand/sit around for 45 minutes while you wait on your drinks. staff is very unfriendly and couldn’t be bothered with providing adequate service. there is zero point in mobile ordering because your drink will still be done 30-45 minutes after it says it will be.

I just love the people here at the Laverne location of Starbucks. Great service from friendly, incredible group of servers. They have excellent drinks, and they always give great advice if you care to broaden your horizons with new drinks and coffee's.

Today was one of the better days in Nashville it was starting to warm out the sun was shining. Everyone was glad to get out and be able to go to work and stop at Starbucks on the way. We were off from work but we happen to be in the line with everyone else that was so long it was out in the street. They did the best they could and keeping up with such a long line and this was probably around 10:00 a.m.. her coffee drink was okay she said they forgot the cinnamon but she managed and her impossible breakfast sandwich was tasty. So overall it was a good time to be at Starbucks in that long line. LOLVegetarian options: They have a impossible breakfast sandwich with egg which my daughter said was pretty tasty today.
This is my first and last experience at this Starbucks, I drove to this Starbucks at 4:48pm and as you can see on my car clock I received my order at 5:26pm, I had to even ask for a freaking straw with my Peppermint mocha Frappuccino. Please try another Starbucks folks, it's not worth it.

Overwhelmingly the worst coffee place in town. They are always behind. Sometimes it can take up to 45 minutes for one coffee. Employees are rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. And it's just way too small inside. Go to Almaville road if you want Starbucks in Smyrna. I'd avoid this one completely.
