I needed some caffeine asap and the closest location was this Starbucks. Of course, that caffeine is going to come wrapped in a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. They really know how to make the sweet vanilla cream taste stand out. I've been to other Starbuck's and the flavors can seem to run together. I will definitely return here every chance I get! 🍵🧉
Customer service is poor. They do not greet you when you enter. Not friendly. They don’t say hi. When she gave me my drink, I said thank you and she didn’t say anything back. Not even you are welcome. On top of that, my order was wrong. I asked nicely to get her attention which she ignored. I raised my voice a little bit to get her attention. She finally looked at me. I had such a great experience at this place thanks to Emi! He was super friendly and not only that but very handsome ! The drink that he recommended me was GLORIOUS. Even though it was pretty busy, Emi stayed calm and kept a good attitude. Can’t wait to see him again!
