I want to give a big shoutout to Peaches at the drive thru. Even through the speaker and window, her warmth and kindness came through loud and clear. She greeted me with such a positive, friendly attitude that it honestly made my whole morning better. It’s rare to feel that kind of genuine care in a quick stop like that, but Peaches made it feel personal. Wendy’s is lucky to have someone like her representing them
This Wendy's has went so far down hill. This one used to be the best and now it's the worst by far. The employees are clearly overworked and understaffed. Day shift and night shift, just go to the one on Lowry, they're the best in Smyrna now. Ordered a 6 piece regular and got a 6 piece spicy clearly because they didn't want to make em fresh but I checked my order so they had to make em fresh anyway. I've been through the drive-thru about four times three weeks. The younger kids do a little too much playing and talking instead of just handing the food out the window. They're usually polite, just a little rude on the speed of service. They would be fine if they would learn to put on the game face before they opened the window.
