Just had amazing lunch at Zois Harbor Lights. Had the mussels, buffalo shrimp and grouper fingers. All were amazing and cooked to perfection! Really enjoyed sauce on the mussels. Natasha provided spectacular service and recommendations. Will be back again Sat for early dinner!! Can not wait!

We have eaten here several times and each time the food was good but staff and some patron experience horrible. Before I explain, we are great customers who never give wait staff a hard time and always tip well - wherever we go. The first time we ate there the waitress that met us at the front rudley said can I help you. We said yes we would like to sit outside ( several seatings were available) and she replied nothing is available. I said well can sit at the small table along the wall? Well I guess so she replied, people don't usually sit there. After that unfortunately she was our waitress and seemed annoyed to even have to wait on anyone. Another time we were there the wait was so long for wait staff the manager had to wait on us. I understand that happens sometimes so no big deal until WOW we had to listen to a couple have an argument and yell and cuss each other for over an hour. Most decent restaurants would not tolerate that. And if you don't want to smell and breathe cigarette smoke then don't sit outside because a lot of people come outside and line up along the deck railing and smoke. So tonight we walked in and a waitress yells across the restaurant " it's gonna be a 45 minute wait". I said can we sit at the bar and she sharply replies " it's still gonna be a 45 minute wait" I should have said is it 45 minutes to get a beer but we just turned around and walked out. This COULD be a great place since it sits on the water and does have good food. We have given this place all the chances we are willing to give and will NOT recommend them.

Amazing food from the fresh salads with homemade dressing, wonderful soups, and incredible entrees to the delicious desserts. Favorites include the best buffalo shrimp in the south, grouper fingers, blackened grouper sandwich and steak kabobs.

Ate lunch here on Memorial Day 05/312021 and it wasn’t great. The prices were fairly high for the food quality. Was going to give it another shot before going out on the boat again today but when we walked in to use the restroom before sitting down someone started yelling at us across the restaurant, was very rude, told him we wouldn’t be back, and we walked out. Went to the restroom at the marina and will find somewhere else to eat lunch. Oh and there’s no outside seating due to a structural issue apparently. Absolutely will avoid this restaurant and it’s rude staff moving forward.

We were very happy with our dinner. Due to Covid concerns - we sat on the deck and felt very comfortable. We had a grouper sandwich and fried shrimp. The grouper tasted great and was fried perfectly. The fries were crunchy and well cooked. The fried shrimp were delicious and the rice was well seasoned. There was a great view from the deck. We also got a club sandwich to go to take out fishing the next day. The sandwich was also very good. Overall, a great meal.

Zois is a wonderful host and chef. The food is excellent and the service is excellent. The setting is on the beautiful Chickamauga Lake, Tennessee River. We sat outside on Zois’s deck and watched the boats go by and enjoyed the fresh air. Zois’s menu is full of great dishes. Don’t miss this wonderful dining opportunity.

We were told that there was a large party and it would be 45 min. before our food would come out of the kitchen. Which we were ok with. But, we noticed tables around us complaining they had been there for two hours and they were still waiting for their food. After and hour and a half we asked our server how much longer and she said the kitchen was slow and it should be soon. Two hours passed and no food. We left. They are very under staffed. Be warned if you want to eat on a Friday or Saturday night.

Well the place has SO MUCH POTENTIAL! The views and seating where great. They have a nice bar and a one manned band. We arrived by boat, and the new dock was "okay". It isn't complete yet, so I can't doc too many points. What killed me, was when we arrived, the dining hall and patio was half full. Yet they said that we had an hour wait. They were short staffed. Okay... the table ahead of us asked if they could sit on the patio until we can get a waitress. After LONG deliberations the hostis agreed. So I said us too please. We sat on the patio for about 20 min or so. Before a waitress asked if we had been seen yet. Now at this point the main dining room had 4 tables going and the patio had maybe 10. So she took our drink order and brought us menus. I ordered a beer. And then the wait was on. After another 15 min or so she came back i asked for another beer (never arrived), and she took our order. About 35 min later she came back to our table and asked if i wanted a beer.... i was like well the last one didn't make is so sure. She DID bring that one. Dinner arrived about an hour later... it was dark by now. The food was good. Not great, but good. Was it worth the hour and a half wait? No. Sadly it wasn't. And to top it off she charged me for the beer she didn't bring... I didn't even argue. We had a long dark boat ride back to the ramp. All in all I will try this place again for lunch and see if the service is better. But if you have nothing but time on your hands give it a shot. If not, steer clear.

Very much enjoy the patio overlooking the water on a beautiful evening. Casual enough to stop for dinner after a day on the lake. Friendly staff, good food, cold drinks. Only negative is that arriving by boat is nearly impossible now as the marina has removed the dock and left the new structures incomplete. Very dangerous to try to pull up these days. I hope they correct that very soon!

Great bar, great food, great people. Good variety of food, not just that fried stuff like up the river.... Italian, Greek, American. Buffalo shrimp are fantastic, not overly breaded. Blackened grouper sandwich is awesome. Great views. Interesting entertainment...later on with karaoke. The negative, they just got rid if the steak fries for skinny fries...

I love Greek food, and the owners are Greek. But there aren't many Greek items on the menu. I guess they've adapted it to the local palate. I typically get the Greek chicken. It is very good and very filling. Sometimes service can be slow and inattentive. They have a dock so you can boat up to dine if you're on the river, which is really cool. Try to get a spot on the river. So beautiful!
