Sunday night there was this young man I think his name was Austin he took my order and he was very fast with it and he even took it out to our table when it was done. Very nice young man I would say. I was also surprised because there where only two people up in the front area running drive thru and the dining area... What amazing workers they are.

Amazing lady Sunday night she was so nice and she was making my food for me and she catered to me when I asked for some ketchup. She ask how much I needed and most people will just give me one and that's never enough for 5 tenders. I think she said her name was Liliana Allen she need a raise... Very nice.

Sat in the drive thru yesterday for over 20 minutes. Finally just drove off. Now I know why the parking lot at zaxby’s (next door) was full & only 2 cars in Bojangles parking lot. Will not ever go back. Bojangles has been going down hill for years!!

I went to Bojangles today and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The service was extremely rude from the moment I pulled up. I even told the employee “have a good day,” and he responded with “doubt it.” Completely uncalled for.

When I got my food, my biscuit was burnt, and when I tried to call the store to let them know, I called four times with no answer—their voicemail was even full.

Absolutely ridiculous. If this location can’t provide basic customer service or quality food, something seriously needs to change. I will not be returning until this store gets it together.

Started coming here from breakfast last year when we moved to the area and it was always good. But it seems a couple months ago they has a staff change and now it awful. The coffee is hardly ever made right and always watery and gross. The fries are ice cold. Today was the final straw with a biscuit so not greasy but just plain covered in oil it was not edible. 13 bucks thrown in the trash. Also the inside of the restaurant looks like it’s becoming dirty and the employees have started smoking over by the drive through window. I will not return to this location for my Friday breakfast again sadly.

Placed an order on the app (3 breakfast biscuits), it said ready for curbside pickup at 10:34am. I parked and tapped “i’m here” on the app at 10:35. Sat for 25 minutes before eventually going to the drive-thru to ask if my order is ready. They admitted they had not even began making it. So I sat for an additional 10 minutes

Once I finally received my order more than 40 minutes after the app said it should be ready, they didn’t include all of the items I paid for.

It seems like this location needs some new management.

The store was grossly understaffed. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru.

My order was a combo egg and cheese biscuit, BoRounds and a decaffeinated coffee.

At the window I saw the “decaffeinated” coffee being poured from the regular coffee dispenser. I asked and the window guy didn’t know but came back and said we dont have it. I didn’t want any other drink and he did not know how to reverse the charge. Neither did the person in charge. He had to call to find out how. They finally figured it out and gave me my order.

The biscuit was nasty but I could overlook that. There were no napkins included in the bag. What I couldn’t overlook was that it was an egg and sausage biscuit. I’m a vegetarian and could not overlook that.

I am currently in the drive thru to get my money refunded. When I told the order taker what the problem was he did not say “sorry” or apologize or own the problem in anyway. He just said “pull forward to the window.”

I have children in the car and cannot walk in - this is why I used the drive thru in the first place. It was 10 minutes of waiting to get to the speaker. Now I am behind 4 cars waiting to get to the window to get my money back.

By the way, multiple people pulled out of line and left while waiting to be served.
I cannot imagine how this location could stay in business.

Austin took my order and was not friendly he was rude, the actual workers were all rude, I usually go through the drive through about 4 times a week but I don’t think I’ll be back
I’ll just go to Hardee’s.
