This Bojangles location is always good. Their food is always hot and fresh. If you like fried chicken I would definitely stop in today.

Good if you want a little fries with your salt. You can't even wipe off enough of the salt to eat the fries. And the chicken was dry like it had been sitting out and reheated. Lesson learned next time I am asked to pick up Bojangles I will swing by Zaxby's if I want chicken too. I went through drive thru during lunch and figured it would be easy because they weren't busy but my whole interaction seemed as though it was an inconvenience to Bo-linda from taking my order to handing me my order. No hello. No thank you. Just an all around bad experience. My 1st time here and my last.

Some of the staff can be outright hostile. They consistently leave out items & then get upset when you ask them to give you the entire order. The morning manager recently yelled at me for not knowing the difference between a Bo Sandwich ( fried chicken) & the chicken sandwich ( grilled).They leave the food under a warmer & rarely make it fresh. If you ask for it to be made fresh, you get a nasty glare.

Biscuits were hard as bricks probably two days old they supposed to be fresh they need to throw away old food and not trying make money on old food the manager is not doing there job keeping things in
We ordered French fries they were over cooked.We ordered a chicken sandwich which looked like it was under a heat lamp for days.They forgot part of our order.

The last 2 visits to this Bojangles was terrible. I've been eating there since it opened but isn't the same. The last two times my biscuits were like they were soaked in oil. I will go to Hardees 2 blocks away.

My son and I go at least 4 days a week he loves their chicken and Bo-rounds. I normally just hangout while he eats but I've decided to try something different every time we go or at least until the fish sandwich is black
