It took 15+ minutes to get 3 chicken sandwich meals at the drive-thru. After asking us to pull up and waiting, my husband finally went inside and the bag was sitting on the counter. No one was even planning to bring it to the car. Last time!

I don’t usually go to burger king now because it’s about 25 minutes away from me. But the kids wanted it after a therapy session so we drove down. I used to go as a kid especially for the cini minis and French toast. So we ordered two orders of each and hash browns. It was by far the worst we have ever had. The French toast was soggy and doughy and my kids would not even eat it they tried one bite and said yuck and gave it back they are 3 and 5. It was just a soggy oily mess. The cini minis were hard and stale tasting not even the icing could help them. The hasbrowns also soaked in oil and not edible. It was a total waste of money none of us could eat anything we got. This is not the norm, and has never been my experience but it was at this location.

I ate inside. The dark headed girl with glasses, Montana maybe is her name was working the counter. An old gentleman was in front of me, he was getting his food and drinks. As soon as I walked in Montana was unpleasant. She wasn't friendly, she was rude to the older gentleman. He asked for a drink carrier and you would have thought he asked for her last dollar. You could tell he was uncomfortable with how he was being treated. And she was just as rude to me. If she isn't a people person, she shouldnt work with the public. If I'd known it would have been her to clean my table I would have matched her rudeness and left my mess all over it. She came over to the drink area while I was eating, she had an earbud I'm assuming in her ear that or she was talking to herself and every other word was a cuss word or ugly remark about her coworkers. My burger was fine, my fries were cold, old, and stale. So were my chicken fries. The rest of the employees seemed fine. I didnt really encounter them. But that Montana girl, she needs an attitude adjustment. I really hope she isn't management. If she is, shes not very good at it. From now on, I'll just go to the one in Hixson.

Wow the prices of their burgers now not to mention the size. Fries need to be hot , all in all burger king can shut down for all I care Ive at my last burger from them. $16.00 for a burger I saw on their menu. Restaurants nowadays SUCK and your one of those now. But it still tastes the same.

Ordered through mobile app. BAD IDEA!!! This Burger King refused to give me my order or a refund. They close at 1:00 am, but shut down the shake machine before 8:00pm.

Just spent 36 dollars and didn't even get all of the food we live 30 mins from thier didn't have time to turn around go back to get it fixed when we realized. Been thier twice first time took for ever to get our food. Next time I'll just stick to the one on single mnt.

Terrible service. Sat at the drive thru speaker for over 10 min. Yelled HELLO! for 10 min no answer.

Tried to call the store. No answer.

Drove up to the window and told them I was out there. Told me I had to drive back around and get in the back of the line.

I have had 3 bad experiences here in a row.
First time they completely messed up a entire order
Last time I ended up waiting 90 mins for a 20$ order because they “forgot” when I saw them clearing the screen . I personally had to have my order fixed 3 times with the cook laughing about it. I also saw a lady have her meal remade 6 times because he just kept doing it wrong and thought it was funny to a 60 year old female. My order didn’t get made till I told them I know how to make my own food and I am about to do it. They finally reset able to after serving over 20 other people.
Now this time they forgot my fries so I had to travel back for them
Didn’t make sandwich’s right
Forgot 3 of 8 nuggets for my kid.
Pretty sure the management needs a update because this was within a 60 day timeline needless to say I will be traveling to Walmart if I want any “Fast food”

If I could give more stars I absolutely would! Me and my family went to eat tonight where we were greeted with the kindness and best customer service we have had at a fast food restaurant ever by the general manager her name is was Donyella. She was very kind and never made us feel rushed as we were a family of 4 trying to decide what we all wanted she was just the best we couldn’t have been more happy her smile was contagious. You’re the best donyella! Thanks for the awesome service!!!!
