So I had stopped here and I heard the lady over the speaker say it would be a moment so no big deal I'm in no hurry and I get how busy it can be. An employer had stepped out to take out the trash and I noticed the car behind me was too close so I asked politely if I needed to pull up some so he could get through and he was polite and said it was fine to wait. Mind you I had been sitting here for a while at this point and I joking said to the employee "She must have forgotten about me." And we both laughed, the lady then chimed over the speaker and replied very rudely saying "There's 2, $100 orders ahead of you it's gonna be a minute." It was bad enough that when I look at the gentleman taking out the trash he was even shocked she said that to me as harsh as she did. My wife and I laughed it off because it's just kinda ridiculous to act that way at all so I figured I'd get my order and explain to her that I was in no way being rude and was just simply talking to her coworker outside. Unfortunately when she FINALLY did take our order I was very polite and she was very dead pan and disrespectful to us. I just decided to leave. For someone being as rude as she was I have no trust in ordering food from them and having my food tampered with. Strongly recommend not going anywhere from 12pm to close because they can't handle it.

Everything was fine except after we ate, my husband and I were nauseous for the rest of the evening. My husband had a Whopper and I had an Original Chicken Sandwich. This was the only food we ate that day. We were fine before we ate and fine the day after. So...draw you're own conclusions.

This is for the GM!!!!! I came in tonight with my kids and a few friends from work also and after having a horrible experience at other restaurants Miss Donyelle was so AMAZING AND A PERFECT MANAGER!!! She handled our orders in a timely fashion, made sure it was fresh. I had 3 coworkers come thru the drive thru headed to Nokian from soddy and her drive thru time was fantastic! A lot of Nokian Tyres workers come thru here when miss Donyelle is working and they all say the same thing!!! SHE IS THE BEST MANAGER RUNNING THIS RESTAURANT!!!! keep up that amazing work Donyelle we will be reaching out to all managers, and GM's and even the district managers to be letting them know how well you run this restaurant! Thank you for serving all us tonight!!!

Came in at around 11..on Tuesday 24th.ordered two five dollars meals to go whopper Juniors 5 dollar meals got home and there was four whopper Juniors and eight piece chicken nuggets..no ff no drinks that was it.. called the restaurant and no answer all day... thank you burger king.. for being there for no one..
I drove up at about 9:40 saw a family of four or five walking out and walked back to my truck to get my keys I had left behind and lock the doors and when I got to the West side door and pulled on the handle it had been locked. I tapped on the glass and the female that was leaned against the front counter looked down and went to the kitchen area. I went to the North side door and it also was locked. I tapped on the glass and they motioned for me to go through the drive through. As I looked at the door the sign stated the dining area was open till 10:00. As I was pulling across the parking lot to leave I looked and the time was 9:45. The shift leader of mod opened the door to explain there were not enough workers to run the empty dining room and the drive through (one car). Time to boycott Burger King. PS The folks across the street at McDonalds were very nice and said stay and eat.

They turn off the ice cream machine over 2 hours before closing… sucks since it was the only thing I came for around 10:15pm. Apparently it’s a regular thing they started ??♀️

Whoever the manager and team is running this place now I would just like to say thank you today I wanted to rest I got the kids door dash our food was fresh order was perfect every sauce every detail best meal from bk for sure !!! Give em all a raise!!!!
