WARNING ⚠️ !!!!!!!!!!The donuts are as stale as yesterday's news and as dry as the Sahara desert. The drive-thru cashier not only gave us misinformation but also made us feel completely unheard. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs!

Went in and used their self oder screens and it failed twice and told me to order at the desk. Went to the desk and they refused to help and said they don’t take orders and I would have to get in my car and go through the drive thru. Great customer service….

We went thru the drive thru and whoever was serving us this morning clearly did not want to be there AT ALL! She forget to put food in the bag and we always look at our bags to make sure what we paid for is there and she forgot to put two sandwiches in the bag and we simply told her and she rolls her eyes, slams the window shut and walks away. Tell me how this is ok? If you don’t want to work with customers then maybe you shouldn’t be working at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m so tired of people in customer service giving people attitude, eye rolls, dirty looks, etc.. because of there mistakes and simply because we are ordering food. It’s not even your establishment to be treating customers this way you’re working for another owner so for you to act like it’s your restaurant and treat people rudely is Not OK. Is the owner found out I’m sure she’d be fired because you are working on there behalf and what Dunkin’ Donuts stands for not yourself and your attitude. And I hope the owner of this Dunkin’ Donuts sees this and gives a training on how to treat customers better because clearly people missed that module when they started the job.

False advertising by Dunkin' on Dayton Pike. Applied 06/10/24, interviewed 06/14/24, manager asked for shirt size and preference for visor or hat with promise of follow-up. It's NOW 07/19/24 with no call or email. Don't advertise hiring if not hiring. Despite my initial enthusiasm for a job opportunity at this store, I have been disappointed by the unprofessional treatment I received. I was ghosted after my interview, which I felt went well, and was not provided any explanation for the decision. It is concerning that some individuals, including myself, project a professional demeanor and meet all qualifications, yet I received neither an affirmative nor a negative response to my hiring. I was just ghosted. As a result, I will not be supporting this store any longer. Applying here is a waste of time. Look for jobs elsewhere.

Drive thru attendant very unfriendly. I’m not sure I’m speaking for everyone but for me, $10.00 is way toooo much for 6 donuts!! I won’t be ordering any more Dunkin Donuts! I believe they think they are downtown, New York City. No more for me!

When I entered, the woman at the counter said there is no counter service: all orders had to be made using the kiosk. The kiosk was hard to navigate. I never found what I wanted, a cold brew mocha and an egg & cheese croissant. I settled for a similar drink and an egg & cheese muffin. The "egg & cheese" muffin came with a sausage patty on it. I have not eaten beef or pork in over 50 years. Disappointing all around.

Legitimately the worst Dunkin in the greater Chattanooga area. The lattes are almost white because they put so little coffee in them. Just tastes like sugary milk.I have gone 4 times seeing if the experience would change because it’s so close to my house, but 3 out of the 4 times I was missing items from my order and had to walk inside.The drive through is also extremely slow, even if there’s only a car or two ahead of you.Go anywhere else.
