Don't get the bacon. For some reason I assumed you would get a whole piece of bacon... turns out you get half a piece

This is the only Dunkin I ever have problems from. I always order a large drink and ask for less ice. Yet everytime I get my drink it is always packed full of ice and never filled up all the way. There is always so much room left in the cup. Why am I paying for a large if I’m getting the equivalent to a medium. It happens every single time.

If the drive thru people wouldn’t shove the credit card machine in our faces we probably would be more likely to tip

A hair in my munchkin bites and the service was terrible. Learn how to probably bag or box food it was total chaos in the bag. The food also wasn't even good.

If I could give less than one star I would. Just go to the one on 153 and save your time.

Half the time I order avocado toast, there’s no bacon or barely any, yet I pay full price every time. And somehow they think it’s appropriate to ask for tips in a drive-thru, where I don’t even get what I paid for.

Service is horrendous. They don’t want to be at work. Mumble at you like you aren’t even there. Avoid this location.

WARNING ⚠️ !!!!!!!!!!The donuts are as stale as yesterday's news and as dry as the Sahara desert. The drive-thru cashier not only gave us misinformation but also made us feel completely unheard. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs!

Went in and used their self oder screens and it failed twice and told me to order at the desk. Went to the desk and they refused to help and said they don’t take orders and I would have to get in my car and go through the drive thru. Great customer service….

We went thru the drive thru and whoever was serving us this morning clearly did not want to be there AT ALL! She forget to put food in the bag and we always look at our bags to make sure what we paid for is there and she forgot to put two sandwiches in the bag and we simply told her and she rolls her eyes, slams the window shut and walks away. Tell me how this is ok? If you don’t want to work with customers then maybe you shouldn’t be working at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m so tired of people in customer service giving people attitude, eye rolls, dirty looks, etc.. because of there mistakes and simply because we are ordering food. It’s not even your establishment to be treating customers this way you’re working for another owner so for you to act like it’s your restaurant and treat people rudely is Not OK. Is the owner found out I’m sure she’d be fired because you are working on there behalf and what Dunkin’ Donuts stands for not yourself and your attitude. And I hope the owner of this Dunkin’ Donuts sees this and gives a training on how to treat customers better because clearly people missed that module when they started the job.
