Grilled chicken was very dry. The waitress didn't bring everything I ordered. Couldn't get her attention to have it corrected. But the turnip greens and cornbread were great! Too pricy for just 2
OMG! I have a confession to make. I have never made fried chicken! But...I have eaten the most moist, flavorful fried chicken and that was at Home Folks Family Restaurant! I took a bite and knew I would be having more! You can have as much of any item you want including desserts. We were visiting friends of ours and this restaurant was their recommendation. It fills up quickly but worth the wait if there happens to be one. There aren't prices on the menu and our friends treated us so I don't know prices but it's basically like a buffet. You pay one price and eat all you want. The only difference is they bring all the food to you instead of you going up to a buffet. Enjoy!
