Our family had a wonderful experience. Food was fast and very good, the chili is awesome! The atmosphere was fun and laid back. The staff worked well together during the morning rush. Definitely recommend this place.

It was new years day, so it might be different other days. The crew was not numerous enough to serve all the tables that came in about the same time. We got there about 10:30 am and waited almost an hour to get food. The crew members seemed to be running around with their heads cut off.

We went to the Soddy Daisy location Michael was the only employee working on a Friday night. He had 3 tables come in at the same time. He took the orders, and cooked. He handled everything in a very timely manner and everyone in the restaurants order was right, good and hot. You have an awesome employee that deserves to be rewarded. He is a good young man. I think he would make you an awesome manager.

This is my first time at a huddle house. I have to say I was very impressed. Everyone was eating breakfast, but I bought the Smash burger. It was so good. Nice little place to have breakfast on a Sunday morning. Till the next time.

I have to say that this morning was the busiest I have seen it when we have been there! The cook did amazing on the food, it was hot when we got ours. The waitress’ kept on top of our drinks and still stayed on top of the other tables! That place has come along way and seems to be thriving! The past few times we have been in there have been great and have had no issues!! Shari and her staff are doing a great job there and I hope it stays that way and continues to thrive!!

instead of telling me they were out of pepsi, they instead poured it from an ALREADY OPEN, FLAT CAN they had in their reach-in cooler 🤢 I immediately asked for water instead. The waitress politely told me she'd take it off my bill. THE ON-SITE MANAGER REFUSED AND I WAS CHARGED FOR THE FLAT, REUSED CAN OF PEPSI?!? Not only was she rude, but she (hopefully) knows that is in violation of a few health codes. I've made a formal complaint with Hamilton County Health Inspection office

It was very refreshing to walk into a restaurant with such welcoming and caring staff. They were very patient with us and our daughter and always made sure we had everything we needed!

the staff were friendly and checked on us repeatedly, and the Philly cheesesteak omelet I had was by far the best I've ever eaten. Will definitely be coming in regularly.

I can't believe the decline of this restaurant. We walked in and was told to have a seat anywhere so we did. We ordered they said sorry we don't have gravy. Okay that's fine refill for tea oh we are out of tea. We sat there for 45 minutes and the cook hasn't even started our food yet. 3 more people walk in and the cook starts going off because the close in 30 minutes. Needless to say we left. I'm pretty sure I won't be going back. This was ridiculous.
