I have to say that this morning was the busiest I have seen it when we have been there! The cook did amazing on the food, it was hot when we got ours. The waitress’ kept on top of our drinks and still stayed on top of the other tables! That place has come along way and seems to be thriving! The past few times we have been in there have been great and have had no issues!! Shari and her staff are doing a great job there and I hope it stays that way and continues to thrive!!

instead of telling me they were out of pepsi, they instead poured it from an ALREADY OPEN, FLAT CAN they had in their reach-in cooler 🤢 I immediately asked for water instead. The waitress politely told me she'd take it off my bill. THE ON-SITE MANAGER REFUSED AND I WAS CHARGED FOR THE FLAT, REUSED CAN OF PEPSI?!? Not only was she rude, but she (hopefully) knows that is in violation of a few health codes. I've made a formal complaint with Hamilton County Health Inspection office

I can't believe the decline of this restaurant. We walked in and was told to have a seat anywhere so we did. We ordered they said sorry we don't have gravy. Okay that's fine refill for tea oh we are out of tea. We sat there for 45 minutes and the cook hasn't even started our food yet. 3 more people walk in and the cook starts going off because the close in 30 minutes. Needless to say we left. I'm pretty sure I won't be going back. This was ridiculous.

We were there for over 45 minutes and didn’t get any food they didn’t even start making it. We got our drinks and wanted a refill but they didn’t want to make more sweet tea because it would only be for us. The cook couldn’t have been ruder and was mad at everyone because we came and they closed @ 8 we were there by 645 so I don’t know why he was mad. Around 715 anyone who would come in he would tell them they they can’t take anymore people cause they are about to close. Anyways I just don’t know why people go and work at places if they don’t want to do it. But maybe it was just a bad day for them i don’t know any other time it was very good.

Hiking Rules
I know a number of years ago this Huddle House had some issues and to be honest I thought they were about to close the doors but recently we saw that they were still open so we decided to give them another try and the wife and I were glad we did. The servers we’ve had for our past two visits for breakfast were exceptional and their MVP Platter was cooked to perfection. The eggs were exactly as I expected for Over Medium, the bacon, gravy, biscuits and waffle were delicious. They have an Awesome short order cook (Jesse) and we’re looking forward to making this our favorite spot for our breakfast meals when the wife is in the mood to grab a breakfast away from home… If you were disappointed with their past performance a few years ago I suggest giving them another opportunity and you may be surprised at how well they are doing now!

Me and my husband both got food poisoning, the food was all burnt, the staff were jerks, one guy with green hair had previously flirted with my husband during a door dash, and when he came with me, the guy was a jerk to me the whole time. When I asked for a to go box, he snapped at me and told me to give him a minute. Then went right back to being nice to my husband. We've been trying to get a refund cause of everything, so I'd suggest not going here at all.
