Their fries are addictive to me. Like every time I order I always get a large side of fries. Always. Never disappointed in the times I ordered. I usually get the 7$ fill up bowl meal but with the changes I make to it being large sides I'd still say it's worth it. Tried their lemonade with vanilla cream and man it's delicious. Their nuggets too always are good. Great staff, no complaints from me.

My card was double charged, I told the girl at the window it went through the first time because I could see it on my account and she argued that it didn’t so she ran my card again! Food is mid, sometimes not cooked all the way and fries taste leftover.

I placed an order for three chicken pot pies. They made me aware that it would be 20 minutes I said okay. I go to the window to pay and the manager come to me to confirm did I really want the chicken pot pies! What is up with placing an order and them confirming did you really want that order cuz we have to cook it? Did I really they not want to work is it really that hard to put it in the oven? I'm really curious to why they have this demeanor at the Soddy Daisy location! It is not the first time this has happened. This could be the main reason they are losing so much business as well!

I went through the drive thru and got a 10 piece nugget.. I had asked for ranch and the girl at the window told me it was in there and when I got all the way home it was not. My chicken also barely had any sauce on it.. this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this place and I’m probably just gonna go to the one in hixson from now on.

The manager Deborah or debbie which ever her name is, she is very snarky, i heard rude comments from her and the service is absolutely terrible the chicken tastes old and the pieces are so small that a toddler could take a bite and have the wing finished. The employees and managers were cursing. The mac and cheese looks a week old.

Chicken was pretty hard,hubby said chicken had a bad after taste like chemical,seemed like it was sitting for a bit. Fries were great.Service was great not so great chicken this time around .
This has to be the worst location ever. The rude employees, and not so fresh food. The employees are not only rude and uncaring but most don't look very clean. The most shocking was 3.50 for a chicken leg that was so small that there was barely 2 bites of chicken.

This location sucks every time I come here the food is cold and been sitting and they ALWAYS forget something. Need new management the same old lady and dirty looking guy every time. When you go back to get what they forget they act like it’s a chore for them to fix what they couldn’t do right the first time.
