I seriously don't understand why this place is still opened every time I go here they don't have my food and they tell me they can't make it. We ordered online so they would have plenty of time to make it but when we arrived they said they didn't have our order and they weren't going to make it we ordered extra crispy chicken they said they had already turned the friers off it was 7:45 they close at 10:00 other people were there to being told the same thing they started locking the doors while we were in there so no one else would come in this has happened twice now they no longer make chicken at this location don't order here we had to talk to someone in India to cancel our online order while we were doing this all the employees went back into the office and shut the door

Stopped in the restaurant around dinner time on monday. Was having trouble figuring out how to order special. Manager came over and told me what I needed to do. Food was prepared promptly and very friendly. Young man at drive up and front counter was very good and helpful. I live an hour a way and this is our store we come to when we want kfc. Staff before this team were not very friendly. This group here are keepers!!

My daughter came in to get something to eat & the cashier told her that her outfit was hideous. First of all she came in for food. Since when does peoples clothes have anything to do with ordering food. Also she was with her grandma so whoever was picking on her got lucky. If i had been with her it wouldn’t have been pretty. Not sure which female said it but if you have a problem with my daughter then you can message me back on here. Teenagers already have enough issues and don’t need stupid crap like this. One day you may have a daughter yourself and wouldn’t appreciate people being rude to her.

Their fries are addictive to me. Like every time I order I always get a large side of fries. Always. Never disappointed in the times I ordered. I usually get the 7$ fill up bowl meal but with the changes I make to it being large sides I'd still say it's worth it. Tried their lemonade with vanilla cream and man it's delicious. Their nuggets too always are good. Great staff, no complaints from me.

My card was double charged, I told the girl at the window it went through the first time because I could see it on my account and she argued that it didn’t so she ran my card again! Food is mid, sometimes not cooked all the way and fries taste leftover.
