This has to be the worst location ever. The rude employees, and not so fresh food. The employees are not only rude and uncaring but most don't look very clean. The most shocking was 3.50 for a chicken leg that was so small that there was barely 2 bites of chicken.

This location sucks every time I come here the food is cold and been sitting and they ALWAYS forget something. Need new management the same old lady and dirty looking guy every time. When you go back to get what they forget they act like it’s a chore for them to fix what they couldn’t do right the first time.

I went today 10-18-24 around 5pm and ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches through the drive thru no body in front of me I waited 15 minutes thinking ok I’ll have fresh chicken sandwiches WRONG the chicken was so un eatable it chipped my tooth I tried calling multiple times to prevent from going on here but nobody answered highly disappointed to pay 18$ and have to go buy something else to eat

Worst customer service ever!! Ordered online went to drive through to pick up, no one here at the time, told I had to wait for biscuits ok no problem, waited for 20 minutes in parking spot. Come inside, was ignored for another 20 minutes, someone else took my order meanwhile I’m still waiting over an hour!!

Food was the best kcf I’ve had in a long time !!!! Half the dinning area was wet n couldn’t use but other than that it’s the best chicken compared to other kfcs
We went through the drive through and ordered the 8 pc extra crispy meal and the 8 pc tender meal. The chicken we got was original recipe and greasy, the tender meal chicken was like rubber. Couldn't eat it, it was awful. The potatoes and gravy were cold., the biscuits were half done. We will never go back to KFC again. The worst food ever and very over priced. You need to train your employees and managers how to cook and get the orders right.
