My husband went in on a Saturday at the Soddy Daisy, Tn branch to pick up two pepperoni pizzas and a small wings, things that should be hot and ready, but was told it be 30 minutes. Also said he could get a contact high from staff. Left and went to Wendy's.

I can always trust the staff here for a good pizza. I find the little secret meaning of the single olive funny tho. Sometimes they get overloaded cause it could be a holiday or weekend, and still they pull through. Sometimes tho the customers can get impatient and not understand the situation and I wish they did. But other than that I don't have any issues with the food and it's always fairly cheap.

When they first started serving their thin crust pizzas, they were great! Now, they're always burnt. I brought two back a month or so ago and asked for a replacement. The manager, a thin, short middle aged lady, was very rude. She told me that there was nothing they could do, that those pizzas are always cooked at the same temp and time. She eventually replaced them and told me to request they go through the bottom oven from now on. The quality of the product should be the company's issue, not the customer's. My complaint should have been escalated to the proper authority if she was unable to make improvements herself. Poor business practices.

After ordering on the app an hour before my pickup time - I showed up and had to wait 37 mins for them to be done (after the pickup time requested). Manager was rude, walked away from me and served others. Someone came in after me, ordered at the counter (4pizzas) and had their pizzas before mine went in the oven! Not acceptable. And no reason, “I’m sorry”, nothing but rudeness! Do NOT recommend this franchise! Truly disappointing!
Amanda and her morning crew on July 5th are great! I messed up and put the wrong pickup date on my online order. It was an order for 4 pizzas and bread sticks, and they threw my order together as quickly as possible and saved the day!

Went to try their crazy puffs. They were great except for the salty sprinkles and oil they put on afterwards. Will try to get them to leave that off next time. This soddy daisy store had 2 chairs which were taken and nowhere to sit while you wait.

Unfortunately it's never hot because it's never ready. Usually a 30 minute wait even when I came in the other day and they close in 20. Ricos does 2 for 1 for like 15 bucks and it's far superior.
