Placed an online order at 5:30. Walked in at 5:55pm ‘‘when order was supposed to be done and was told pizzas where in oven and at 6:15pm they found the pizzas on a rack that was there the whole time we was there but didn’t have a clue about it, and the pizzas where cold. Sorrys place in Soddy daisy Tennessee to get anything to eat. Better service at a gas station buying a hotdog compared to this place!! Don’t ever go there!

It was the most rude experience of my life!! I took thin crust pizzz back because it was awful!! Worse pizza I ever had!! It was the sggiest thing ever had no sauce unless it was all soaked into the crust , not at all what I had wxpected to get for the price I paid for it . Upon making my complaint to a cashier she got mmediatelt rude and defensive her name started with sn A ash I could remember it she had dark hair and pug tails and glasses. She said nothing wrong with the pizza and refused yo refund my money. I have never dealt with such an arrogant rude person. Just tells you what this world is coming toohaving to hire people that have no respect for the customer (which by the way pays their wades)!! I asked fir a manager she was none there nor would he be back tonight. I sad now I remember why I had not been there for a long time. She replied well you don’t need to come back. I told her a would be back tomorrow she could count on it just long enough to speak to the manager about her as well as the pizza. She arrogantly said ok like she was proud of her attitude. Hopefully her manager is not the same attitude she has. We shall see but I will say that was no 15.09 pizza and after speaking t manager U will never go back there not becase she said not to but because their pizza is not fit to eat. With employee I with that attitude I definitely would not support the business .

Worst management ever. Not only will the woman flat out deny messing up a pizza she will blame door dash drivers, like seriously?!? You really think we drive around and put pepperoni on people's pizza? You all need new management really badly. I mean food wasn't great before, but with that person working there I can pretty much guarantee you won't get what you ordered

Pizza not being hot and ready on a Friday night is understandable. After 30 minutes inside waiting on a pizza and being told it was in the oven the lady at the register went on break. I asked the girl how long and she said it was just going into the oven. My kids were waiting in the car and I had no more time to wait. I was offered a refund but would have to wait for the First Lady to get back from break because apparently training is lacking there. Told them to keep the money and left. Don’t waste your time here.

Why is it that no matter what day of the week or time of the day does no one ever answer the phone so that a person can place an order.....paying customers is who keeps your business running....just a hint to answer the phone.

I placed an online order for two pizzas at 7:20, arrived at the store at 7:40 and did not leave with my pizzas until 8:10. That is 50 minutes for two pizzas. The people at the make table were absolutely clueless about what pizzas were in the oven when the kind cashier asked about wait times and shrugged when asked if both of my pizzas had been put in. I worked here a decade ago and that kind of wait and cluelessness would not have been acceptable. We usually eat here once a week, but we won't be back again.

Really

I ordered our usual “Friday Night Pizza Night” order from the Little Caesars in Soddy Daisy. I placed the order through the Little Caesars app because it is generally much easier to deal with than the employees at this location. When I arrived at my allotted time and saw that the store was very busy.Sure enough, when I went to get my pizza it wasn’t ready. I could tell that many of the people in the store were very angry and had been there a long time. Since I didn’t really want to deal with the negative atmosphere, I decided to wait in my care.I waited another 10 minutes and went back in to see about my Pizza. I saw (again) that my pizza was still not ready. I went to approach the cashier to ask about the timeline but quickly heard the employee (later identified as “Amanda”… who claimed to be an assistant manager) start an argument and become very defensive and accusatory with another customer who said he has waited over an hour and a half for his pizza. Seeing this, I decided to give it a few more minutes as I didn’t want any conflict. I waited again in my car for another 15 minutes. After my now 25 minute wait, I decided to go again and check for my order. To my surprise the order was still not ready.I waited at the counter and employees came and went but no one ever approached me then finally one seemingly kind young lady employee (I didn’t get her name) smiled at me… and went to another register.Eventually, “Amanda” approached me and asked what I wanted (yes. She asked that abruptly). I told her that I could not wait any longer for my order and needed a refund. She responded “A refund for what? You haven’t paid me anything.” I then told her I had ordered online and that I needed a refund for the order that I paid for but never received. She then snapped “you will have to do that online. I don’t refund people for online orders. That has to be done the same way you ordered.” I asked her for her name, and she barked “Amanda”. I asked her if she had a last name (after all, she has my full name on the order so why wouldn’t it be fair to have hers?). She then barked again “I’m not giving you that”.I asked her if she was a manager and her initial response was “yes”. I then said thank you and that I would advise the online support of her name. She then responded “do you want a manager”. I said that I would love to speak to a manager and she called for another employee who appeared to work at the store and was in uniform. Upon speaking with this employee (name never provided and not displayed anywhere) I again asked if I could get a refund for my online order and this employee stated she could do that at the register. Amanda then became defensive about that being a possibility and the new (helpful) employee advised Amanda to let her use the register. This person then refunded me my money and we left.As I left, there were several other customers complaining and demanding assistance as they had also been waiting what I only imagine was a much longer than planned. My points of this message are:1. Little Caesars should not promise people orders by a time/deadline that they clearly had no intention of keeping.2. If Amanda is in fact an Assistant manager, they is severely disappointing. She clearly has zero people skills and should not be allowed to interact with customers. She was rude, snarky, disrespectful, dishonest, and unprofessional.3. The “service” at this location has rapidly been on the decline over the last several months. If able, please avoid patronizing this location. I certainly will not be back for a looooong time (if ever).4. (Not mentioned earlier) the place was disgusting and a mess. Not really sure how it has ever passed any health code or inspections.
