This is probably the worst McDonald’s you could ever go to. I’m not even lying. The food had been terrible( even for McDonald’s) for years. I’m not really sure who owns this franchise but they have apparently strayed so far away from what’s acceptable that corporate really needs to step in. You will sit forever, you won’t get everything you ordered (check it everytime). If my son hadn’t of fallen for the happy meal marketing, I’d never visit this place again. I really can’t believe how terrible it is ran. The one in lakesite is 100x better and that’s saying something. You have better odds scratching off a winning lottery ticket than having a good experience here. Don’t go here unless it’s your only option.

Service was fast but not worth it I got home and realized both my large fries were filled up like a small. Asked for 3 bbq and got 0. It’s not hard to fill a fries and add bbq sitting inside ac all day I mean damn

First off the lady at the window when you order is the sweetest, she is always so friendly and makes your day so much brighter 😊
As far as the food goes it’s hit or miss you get hot food sometimes, cold fries or fries that have sitting for a while, I was just there this morning at 8:54 am and got a big breakfast with hotcakes and sausage and a side order of bacon, I actually got the two pieces of bacon that comes with a side order this time instead of just one strip of bacon that they usually give ( a side order is suppose to have 2 strips of bacon) but my eggs were cold, pancakes were overcooked so they were so hard you couldn’t even cut them, and they didn’t give me my hashbrown. I was only person in line at drive thru. Please do better with serving your customers hot, not over cooked cold food that they can’t eat and make sure you have their full order in their bags it really shouldn’t be that hard to do.

On 4 different occasions we have waited in line for over 20 mins to get our food and on one occasion over heard the employees tell the person infront of us to please be patient, that the kitchen at the catch up before another order could be placed. This is completely unacceptable on a management level - not the site managers, but above. It’s obvious they are absolutely BEGGING and screaming for help (literally say that!) and why district is not in there with them or having an immediate hiring event is beyond me. Shame on you McDonald’s for being ok with the high drive thru times for customers but most importantly, being ok with your staff continuously for drowning. Pull them sleeves up and get in there and help fix the problem.

On a road trip a while back, I stopped at this McDonald's for a restroom and ended up ordering food before I left. Hands down one of the best McDonald's I've been too. The staff was friendly, smiling and chatting, and the atmosphere felt inviting.
If I'm ever back in the area, I'll be sure to pop by again. :)
