Your store is to be open at Five A.M. We (2 people) used to app and everything went thru and was paid for. However we sat at the drive thru speaker with no help. We drove around to the window and sat longer until we waved at the employee looking at us while drinking her drink. She informed us that today they would be opening at 6am as the crew was there but the manager was not. That put us both with a paid order and late for work. We pulled off and the employee we talked to walked out the door to where the manager was setting in her car. Ridiculous and lost money hello Monday.

waited in the lunch line today for quite a bit only to get lukewarm fries. it's like they put the fries in the bag and set them aside to hurry up. get it out of the way. I added mayonnaise to two hamburgers and what I got was hamburger salad. mayonnaise was in between both buns and extra all over the place. it was all outside of the wrapper. this is ridiculous. I keep trying to give this location chances they need a new manager.

Worker pulled hat off and slung his head back and forth throwing hair everywhere and I had a few choice words for him and manager hair going in all food products didn't eat

Every time I go to get the big breakfast with hot cakes, even if I order bacon or steak, I always end up getting Sausage. This morning was no exception, it happens every time I go, and it's gotten very irritating

Website states this McDonald's opens at 5:00am. In reality, it opens whenever the employees feel like opening. I've been by numerous times between 5-5:30 and they were not open. I went by later in the day questioning when they open. Two employees stated 6, while another stated 5. The owner needs to figure out what time this place is going to open, and open at that time. I'm done going by there in the mornings with about a 10% chance of it being open.

Food is alright for a mcdonalds. Staff are very rude, bad attitudes and don't hardly respond to anyone at the counter, even the manager was rude when questioning about an order

This happened when the ⛽ station was in full service ,Me & my family went in to eat( and we can be kinda picky, but you should get what you pay for)!!!Well that had more than a few young teenager's working there( Not all young employees are disrespectful), they were very rude & couldn't get our order right for nothing.So when we thought they had finally gotten it right we paid & sat down to get our food and eat. Well I wasn't very shocked when all our food was wrong,When I went to complain the manager came out & walked with me to our table.She was more than apologetic ( I wish I could remember her name,but I can't.BUT THE MANAGER THAT DID THIS WAS KNOWS WHO SHE WAS & I STILL APPRECIATE WHAT SHE DID!),She remade all our food ( Fresh) & brought it to our table & even gave us food that we didn't even order!!! Before we left she even asked my kids if they wanted something sweet, So we all got dessert ( on the house)!!! But the fresh,free food was not the thing that meant the most to me, it's how she handled so pleasant & sweet...IT showed my kid's how they should act when they get a job. IT was a great learning experience!!!
Vegetarian options: Not a place you should go unless you're just getting a salad,dessert, or Iced Coffee/Latte
Wheelchair accessibility: They do need to make it more wheelchair accessible ( more parking spots, bigger dining area,and more wheelchair ramps outside & wider doors so people in wheelchairs have plenty of room to get in the doorway without hitting there hands or legs!!!
Wasp nest under the hood of the drive-thru, when you order they try to fly in the window. I told the employees just like I did last year! They'll go away when the weather cools off!
5yrs later... not able to order in restaurant bc the kiosk is unavailable 7 employees but no one to take my order at the cash register. 12 minutes waiting with 3 kids we will have to drive to lakesite to place our order.

They tried to give me food that another customer touched. When I called them out because I saw it in my mirror they did not deny it. I asked for a refund or a fresh order. I got a fresh order missing fries and changing the buns out on my McDouble and Mchicken. I believe they messed it up on purpose. All the management said was he didn’t make it and asked me not to be rude. Not sorry not nothing.

A hidden gem among the McDonald's franchise. Wellworth exiting the highway for a meal or a good cup of coffee! The manager has been with this McDonald's for many years and really cares about providing quality within her staff and product. Highly recommend
