My order was wrong.... I ordered a triple cheeseburger and got a double unfortunately I didn't realize it till it was pretty much gone (was driving home)so I couldn't get it fixed....

Second time I've been there that the play area is closed. Not sure why, sign says for safety. I know it was always filthy. At least there's a real person to take orders. Kiosks suck! There was a very nice young man with special needs working the counter but I haven't seen him in some time. Rarely is the order correct, usually missing something like apple slices or 4 chicken nuggets instead of 6 from happy meals.

Ordered a Choc Shake at 8:17pm. Waited 20 min in curbside before I decided to go inside to ck on my order. I stood there for almost 10 min with no one acknowledging my presence. I finally got a girl to look at me & asked her about my order. She asked what I had like she didn’t have a list of stuff she was supposed to be making. She made the shake reluctantly & when she gave it to me it looked like chocolate milk sloshing around in the cup. The kitchen was filthy. Everyone looked disheveled & unkempt. Sad. They just renovated & are in a “prime Soddy location”. Sucks their food & service didn’t get an upgrade also.

Tonight after a long day I decto treat myself to dinner. Ordered a big Mac with no pickles and medium fries. Also ordered cheeseburgers, fries and milkshakes for other family members. Waited 19 minutes for the food to come out. Get home (5 minute drive) our food is not only cold but my Big Mac had cheese and sauce on it. Nothing else and the roll is burnt... this was a Last chance for this location
Never had such rude service in my life. All I did was ask how much something was and got told you don't see the price on the menu with a lot of attitude I just drove off didn't even finish ordering.

We were here for 42 mins today 1/29/24 just for them to mess up on our order and we had to wait longer!! We came here a lot but I’ll start going to McDonald’s on 153 this is outrageous!!
