Stopped in right before closing. Was wary about stopping in so close to close, staff were thrilled to have me and there was not “great here’s a customer right before we close” attitude some of you may have experienced at other restaurants. Food was great. Staff was friendly. I order the family meal bundle. Pulled pork, slaw, Mac n Cheese, banana pudding, collard greens and green beans. Everything was delicious. Banana pudding deserves 5 stars by itself. Pork was moist and hot. Kids finished an entire large serving by themselves. I got one bite, and that one bit was delicious. Definitely not box Mac n cheese. Slaw was great. Very crispy and not soggy like some I’ve had that was premade and sitting in fridge for days. Collard greens were very unique, they had a sweet, slightly Smokey flavor with a bit of spice. I’ve never had collard greens with this flavor profile and it caught me off guard, yet the flavors work and even the kids enjoy it. Green beans were solid as ever. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for some quality BBQ in the Soddy area.

We placed an order to go with manager, Beth Ables. The food was hands down good. It was home style and didn't have the "processed" feel you get with a lot of places. The staff was friendly, the wait was short, but best of all the food was great!If you're looking for over spiced food this isn't it. It is clean and fresh. The macaroni and cheese (something I never find good most places) was not dried out and it tasted like cheese! The loaded potato salad was good. The baked beans were soft abd could maybe be a little less baked, but the taste was really good. Everything worked well. And the dessert (as you get a free dessert with the specials this week) was a kid-friendly, tasty option the family enjoyed.They also have other items if BBQ isn't your thing.We will definitely be back. I want to try the BBQ potato next time!!

We ordered our game day food today. Pork potato skins, bbq meatballs and smoked veggie beef soup. It was all delicious, but y’all that soup was amazing. So much so, I called back to tell them how much we loved it! Wishing I would have got more to take in my lunch next week!

Drove 40 mins because I had a hankering for BBQ and this place did not disappoint. We got 2 meals and a pulled pork potato. My wife got the ribs and pulled pork with green beans and Mac, I got the jalapeno sausage and pulled pork with Mac and baked beans. They were all fantastic and the 12$ pulled pork potato is enough for 3 meals. Needles to say I have a couple days of lunch for work. We will definitely be going back. The ladies working were incredibly nice and made us laugh while we were deciding what to get.
1st time trying this place. Smelled n tasted good. Fast service. For bbq its a sweet flavor. Huge portions.
