Rafael's Italian Restaurant

We ordered delivery from Rafael’s to our camp site. The customer service was great. And our food was excellent! Our compliments to the chef. It was a long day of travel and we arrived to our destination much later then expected. So having an excellent Italian dinner really made our night. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Normally we really like the food here but this last time the cashier wasn't rude but you could tell she didn't feel like working at all. One of the pizzas was raw and on a slice that was cooked well, a hair came out on the pizza bread. The sweet tea is very delicious.

Food is normally really good. Customer service could use work. We ordered food and picked up about 20 mins before they closed. We got home and realized they made us the wrong pizza. Tried calling them back to let them know, but since it was almost closing time, they didn't answer. Called them back the next day and was told there was nothing they could do bc I didn't bring the food back that night. We eat there a lot and have never complained or asked for something to be fixed.

Pizza 🍕 one large house special and one large pepperoni. very greasy and soggy crust. Great if you don't have teeth I imagine. Not 🚫 my preference. Thin and crispy crust only from now on. Definitely not worth the price 😕😔 very disappointed and I've been a customer for decades.

Eggplant parm came with ground beef in the marinara. It's supposed to be a vegetarian dish. I couldn't eat my food when it arrived from doordash. They don't even have a way to choose your drink in the doordash options. Totally unacceptable. Now I have to spend money I don't have somewhere else because these people can't keep themselves from putting beef in the marinara. It you want local Italian do yourself a favor and hit Portobello's on 58. At least they know how to make an eggplant parm
