They can never get an order right. every time I go they miss items in the bag and then have the audacity to say its my fault. also charged me for 3oz queso and gave me a one ounce. the mistakes are frequent and numerous. management really needs to get this place together.

I placed an online order with 2 mods. The burger I received wasn't even close to what I ordered. Tots were cold, milkshake was completely melted. They weren't that busy and there was plenty of time to get the order right.

I will not be going to this sonic ever again, it was all around a terrible experience. The food was wrong and tasted terrible. The lady who brought my food to my car was also very rude. Unless your really want that kind of experience I would drive to a different one.

I'm visiting from memphis and was expecting the usual bad experience I get at my local Sonics, but the service was fast and the food is good. Hopefully I don't get sick from it but other than that, I just had the best chili cheese wrap ever
We went to Sonic this morning to get a bag of ice because it is supposed to open at 6 am. Pulled up to the window and employees pretended we weren't even there. We will not be returning.

My siblings and I always come to this sonic because of convince; but tonight we were extremely unhappy… my sister ordered a large cherry limeade with nerds and strawberries, later she finished it and when she got down to the fruit at the bottom we saw the strawberries and at first thought it was melted nerds, however upon further investigation the strawberries and some of the cherries were molded. I am very disappointed to say the least. Sonic, do better…
