They can never get an order right. every time I go they miss items in the bag and then have the audacity to say its my fault. also charged me for 3oz queso and gave me a one ounce. the mistakes are frequent and numerous. management really needs to get this place together.
I placed an online order with 2 mods. The burger I received wasn't even close to what I ordered. Tots were cold, milkshake was completely melted. They weren't that busy and there was plenty of time to get the order right.

I will not be going to this sonic ever again, it was all around a terrible experience. The food was wrong and tasted terrible. The lady who brought my food to my car was also very rude. Unless your really want that kind of experience I would drive to a different one.
