I usually order on the app since it's a time saver. But even using the drive thru is efficient as it is. They almost never miss what I order. I say almost cause it's happened a couple times but that's kind of expected with any fast food place. Just make sure ya got everything. But all In all I never really get tired of this place since their food is always good. Especially the shakes. Kinda wish they brought back the popcorn chicken instead of replacing with the premium chicken bites.
Can't even get a single drink in under 15 mins so be prepared to wait. No customer service skills and their work process does not go by sonic standards.
