Another meal ruined by taco bell. Thanks a lot! Not only are they one of the slowest fast food places but they can't read a ticket. NO TOMATOES DOESNT MEAN PUT DOUBLE THE AMOUNT!

Strange experience tonight at the Taco Bell in Soddy Daisy. Two of the female workers had a small baby in the back by the food prep area playing with it while customers were waiting for food. This isn’t safe or sanitary. They played with the baby for at least 30 minutes instead of working. While waiting for my food. I was playing on my phone. At the request of the baby’s mother (an employee) I was approached by a male employee and asked if I was taking pictures of the baby which felt really awkward. The entire situation was strange. So, I did snap a picture of the baby’s car seat on the food service counter before I left to include in this review as proof. The entire experience was off-putting. When I was leaving, I saw the male employee kissing the female employee at her car as she was leaving with the baby. Not sure what’s going on at this location, but leave the family life at home people. I definitely felt strange about the whole situation and will probably go elsewhere for a while.

Everytime i come here my nacho fries are old and over seasoned. Tonight they were both and my large was the size of a small. And they put the wrong sauce on my quesadilla and my boyfriends burrito.

I have no out of the ordinary complaints. This location is much better than in the past! The staff that I have interacted with was friendly and the inside was clean.

Lately this location has gone really down hill. Prices have been going up which is understandable I guess. But it’s very insulting to pay more and get less. I have ordered the potato tacos just to get literally 3 pieces of potato, a tiny sprinkle of cheese/lettuce, and a huge dollop of sauce. It is literally just sauce and tortilla. I’ve spent more on other items like a quesadilla and same thing. 2 pieces of meat, a sprinkle of cheese, and it’s mostly a plain tortilla. I’m avoiding this place now. Just give me what I’m paying for ! Y’all charge $5 for the new chicken nuggets and they’re so small and insulting. Prices and what you get are absurd , especially at this location. The only thing they don’t screw up are the fries, everything else is insultingly empty or small.

This location consistently has fresh food, clean dining room, friendly employees and the orders are rarely wrong. There is almost always a wait but I would still choose this location every time.
I know they were really busy but only having the drive through open and they way they were pacing the orders means the cooks should know how to read an order. Display clearly showed not tomatoes on my order but the cook/preparer didn't pay any attention to that. Also didn't pay attention to the extra sour cream request but they did make sure to charge for it.

I just bought a chicken brito supreme. When I took it out of the bag, it was completely shredded.If I couldn't share a photo I will.
