The what seemed to be main boss was screaming at her employees and they looked so upset and uncomfortable in their situation she was screaming and speaking so rudely it echoed through the whole dining room. I wanted to say something but I had to go but I know for one thing if I was thinking about working here and saw all that (which definitely seemed to be an often occurrence) I would never wanna work here.

Tues July 22 about 1:30. Ordered Nachos and tried the new chicken strips. They came out cold and both were small. I inquired to the young man at the register he said no worries I will get you a better replacement. He delivered them shortly and even had an Xtra one in the serving. That's great customer service. The replacements were bigger, hotter and much better tasting . ( Pic of one of the small, cold ones)

I was picking up a DoorDash I went to the drive thru speaker and was told I have to come inside. I have now been standing at the front counter for 10 mins and nobody has even spoke to me or acknowledge that I’m standing here. Manager standing to the side on his phone. Another customer walked in he acknowledged him but not until he finished his texting on his phone
I knew better than to go to Taco Bell, they always have overpriced, nasty food. But, I went anyway, and sure as hell, got sick as shit, about 8 hours later. The next time, I'll listen to myself, and go somewhere else.

Ordered twelve tacos, card was short $3 and change. Changed it to six tacos, should have been no problem right... Wrong, card declined. I gave up and said cancel everything and left with no tacos. And $18 and change gone... No longer available on my card and according to the manager no option but see if it's back on the card by 5 days... What! It cost me $18+ for nothing 🚫 bottom line.

It’s a local Taco Bell near my house. All we have is fast “crap” food. I say crap in terms , it’s not good for you. But this place is clean. For me? That’s really want matters and the staff is pleasant
I have never been the type of person to leave a bad review, but this taco bell is something special. I live in soddy daisy and get taco bell often, and I have decided that starting now, I am going to leave a bad review every single time they mess up my order, which is almost every single time. Its almost magical at this point how much they mess up. At this point, im on the border of thinking its either a conspiracy or that they just enjoy doing it intentionally. It is almost a religious miracle if I order from there and they actually get my order correct.
Edit: it is April 19th 2025, if I had done what I intended and left a bad review every time they messed up my order I would be leaving a review every time I visited this Taco Bell. From leaving food out to not even making their food items correctly. They literally don't know how to make a 5 layer burrito. They only make it with one tortilla, every single time. The first time I thought it was a fluke. Now I'm convinced whoever is running this place would rather cut costs on an extra tortilla than have their employees make their food correctly. If you want your Taco Bell food done right and your order correct please seek another location. If you want to gamble on whether you get the food you paid for or a 5 layer burrito that is basically soup in a tortilla that falls apart the moment you touch it, look no further bc this place will be paradise.

Another meal ruined by taco bell. Thanks a lot! Not only are they one of the slowest fast food places but they can't read a ticket. NO TOMATOES DOESNT MEAN PUT DOUBLE THE AMOUNT!

Strange experience tonight at the Taco Bell in Soddy Daisy. Two of the female workers had a small baby in the back by the food prep area playing with it while customers were waiting for food. This isn’t safe or sanitary. They played with the baby for at least 30 minutes instead of working. While waiting for my food. I was playing on my phone. At the request of the baby’s mother (an employee) I was approached by a male employee and asked if I was taking pictures of the baby which felt really awkward. The entire situation was strange. So, I did snap a picture of the baby’s car seat on the food service counter before I left to include in this review as proof. The entire experience was off-putting. When I was leaving, I saw the male employee kissing the female employee at her car as she was leaving with the baby. Not sure what’s going on at this location, but leave the family life at home people. I definitely felt strange about the whole situation and will probably go elsewhere for a while.
