When you go in place to eat you don't want to wait on yourself so taco bell has change to wait on yourself like making you order on a machine not at the counter with a person so the way I look at it I can go to place to eat and dont have to wait on myself thank you

they aren’t very friendly especially at night and they usually just throw my food in the bag and it’s just not enjoyable to go there to get the food but the food is good.

We didn’t get quite enough sauce we asked for, but enough to eat most of our food. We were expecting our favorite burrito to be on the menu, and we realized that the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito on the value menu was taken away and replaced with other items. Such a bummer! That menu item filled us up and kept our Taco Bell bill low enough to keep coming back with us being newlyweds, new home owners, and working young adults. We understand that this is a corporate decision, not solely this Taco Bell’s decision. I hope corporate revisits adding this item back to the menu! :(

We went thru the drive thru and I didn't check out order until we got home half of it was missing.
The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and I’m also Ted to Taco Bell. I drive out of my way to go to Lakesite to avoid this one. They messed up my order and this burrito was the one to fix my messed up order. There was absolutely nothing in it.
This is s good location! The food at Taco Bell is either a hit or a miss, depending on the staff at the location. Each of the staff members at this location in Soddy Daisy, TN seems to actually care about their job and the food prep staff do a great job! They make your food right after you order it, never seem to forget things and if there's an issue with your order, they gladly fix it. I recommend going inside ro get your food and avoid the consistently long drive thru line!
Drive thru was a bit slow due to the cashier trying to run the front and the drive thru. She was doing the best she could under the circumstances. They just need people to work the jobs they have open. Food was good.
