my hamburger buns seemed to be fresh out the refrigerator they was quite cold, the service at this location is quite something else I must say, no personality between whoever was running the drive thru and whoever was at the window, not sure what the issue was but hopefully it’ll get resolved.

Told them I would wait on fresh food because I was eating it inside. ORDERED mobile order and a minute later food was already bagged up and drink was made. No way it wasn't sitting around not fresh. They refused to give me fresh food. Had to eat cold fries and cold burger with hard bun.

I order online mostly. The drive there is often enough time for me to get it with not much waiting. But when it's lunch hour you should really order on the app or online. The area itself gets packed a lot enough as it is. Still I love their lemonade and their frozen treats.

Good, fresh, but surprised wife and i both got spoons with our ice cream in a cup. That should be a no-brainer, but that's too much for any of the 3 Wendy's near home. We were actually shocked, so I wonder what else they do right, wash their hands after using the bathroom? Just maybe......
We are closer to the Wendy's on Hixson Pike but we go to the Soddy Daisy restaurant because it is always much cleaner.

Excellent service (be sure & reserve your table online) and good food & drinks (had a very good Bloody Mary). My only complaint is that the the english muffins apart of my salmon benedict were not toasted.

Service is pretty spotty, I went today and asked for a combo, when they handed me just a sandwich I asked about the fries and the manager copped an attitude about it. She kept insisting I didn't ask for a combo, even after I said "can I just pay for the fries" which she charged me full price for instead of the combo price, adding about $3 to the meal. And then they were cold! She wasn't even the person who took my order, and I didn't try to cause a scene since I'm in food service myself but this was just bad service. Why argue with the customer especially over something so small as French fries? Not even a "sorry for that sir" just eye rolls and rudeness. Hopefully her boss sees this!

I only drove to this location because the one in Red Bank closest to me has gone down hill. It was definitely worth the drive. Employees were attentive and food was fresh.
