love Zabys one of my favorite but Soddy Daisy needs to clean dining area more. last time no tables clean we cleaned our own and the couple behind us had to clean a table before they ate also.coke machine usually has ice packed up with coke flavors spashed on the ice. was like this once before cleaned it and the last time back the same way. not one table was cleaned and nowhere to eat unless u cleaned it yourself. Love my Zazbys please take care of this not just now but always.

Salad is very poor and tasteless messed up the order and put whole pieces of bacon and chicken in and forgot the egg done with yall and we ordered 2 6 finger plates only got 5 tenders per plate my son wanted extra seasoning on the frys nope, only thing they got right was my sons extra piece of toast

Waited over 15 mins to even order I have a 30 min lunch break I don't have time to stand there while your cashier has a 10 min conversation about nothing food related with every guest very disappointed

2/24/2025 at 6:45 pm My husband asked to cook the order fresh they did not. When he got home it was barely warm the chicken tenders were very dry and the crunchy fries was soft. I worked in restaurants myself for years. It had been under a heat lamp for awhile. We won't be going to this location again. Waste of 23.00 dollars. Very disappointed!!!

Always slow as hell no matter when you come

I feel that every time I come to this location my order is wrong, if I order something and ask for a ranch and Buffalo cup I rarely get both cups or one of them, I ask for extra rance and the food is smothered in ranch to the point it is all I can taste, I don't understand why this is but it happens nearly 80% of the time I go here. I am severely disappointed.

The constantly mess up orders, cannot do basic math, and undercook the chicken at times. Please get your food elsewhere. Even if you doordash it they will still screw it up as I have never had an order correct from this location. Yet, they wonder why fast food is going out of business. They want to hike up prices and constantly 'forget' items. When you talk about shrinkflation I don't think they meant just not including items you paid for, that is called theft.

I've always eaten Zaxby's since they opened, Im a chicken eater, but after todays lunch, I think I'll go next door from now on, I paid 15.50 for the boneless wings and things, 3 fingers, five little nugget, fries, toast and a drink, McDonald's nuggets are bigger than the boneless wings, and the past few visits at Zaxby's in Soddy Daisy, the finger are almost the size of the boneless wings, very disappointed at what you get for the price of 15.50 . I'm not normally one to complain, heck this is my first review ever, thought I'd share the experience and quality of the food, think I'll find a new chicken spot!!!

It's been awhile since I ate at Zaxby's. In my humble opinion, overpriced for the quality and portion of food you receive. Toast is always cold and I could have made a better salad if I went across the street to Walmart and bought a bag of salad mix and threw a chicken tender on it. There was literally no one else in the restaurant as I arrived there right at lunch time. I expected quicker service, I was getting sleepy waiting for them to finally call my order ready. I expected a decent salad because of the price I was paying for it. The salad was not very green and very skimpy on toppings. The fried chicken tender cut up and placed on top was not even hot. All in all I would say I won't be back because of the price of food and the reasons I stated above. Better luck to you.

I ordered two big Zax packs. The chicken size was way smaller than any time in the past. Only 1/3 of the bread was buttered. The service was very slow. When we walked in three customers had already ordered and 10 minutes later no customers inside had received any food. I do not know how many drive thru customers were serviced, but i only saw one drive thru order go out. Bad service and way undersized chicken fingers. Why would any of their customers ever go there again. I know that it will be a very long time, maybe never, before I return!
