Excellent food and service. Very wheelchair accessible inside. Three handicapped parking spots. However, they are in gravel and not very safe. We had the catfish, the grouper, and the submarine sandwich. All were very good. Probably the best onion rings i've had. Mashed potatoes and gravy were awesome, also..

Owner and people that work there do drugs in the kitchen. I definitely won’t be eating here anymore.

Zois is great! The staff is SUPER friendly, as long as you're not an idiot. Treat them like humans, you'll get treated like a human. Food is good too! Allison is as sweet as she can be, and Zoi, though some don't know how to take him.. He really is a super guy! They have live music during the week and I saw this guy... I want to say his name was something like Derrick Cook, I think that's it. He does a heck of a job singing and playing as a single guy up there with just an acoustic guitar. It's a good time. I definitely recommend it!

Nice place. The food is good. A little expensive. But they have chicken tenders which is is very good only for 9.99 ,which is all I could eat. I left full. The service is awesome.

Good spot on the lake with parking dockside. We had a part of 13 and they had to take our order in stages so plan extra time if you have a larger group. Food was good.

The staff is amazing and the food is so delicious if you go you have to try the grouper bites and the Greek salad which is $9.99 is large enough for two to three people and loaded with all of the goodies the olives huge chunks of feta cheese and about five other varieties of different things it's absolutely amazing

Every time I try to call them, the call will not go through and hangs up. Never have had this issue. But super frustrating.

I generally come here for the breakfast bar. But some breakfast bar items have changed. There used to be this awesome pork hash (cottage ham?, potatoes and onion) I went specifically for that. Now it is some sausage onion pepper mix. Plain hash browns have not been on the bar the past two times I went. Sooo disappointing when I drive 30 mins just to hit the breakfast bar.
I have had lunch here and it was good. Great view of the water and marina. I enjoy this place but will limit breakfast visits now.

We were with a large group which Zois accommodated easily. The food was excellent. The server did a great job keeping up with the orders on multiple checks.

Showed up at 6:45 on a (understandably) busy Saturday night. Was told it was a 40 minute wait but we could sit at the bar to wait. Had a great time, but at 1.5 hours, kept going back to the host stand to see when it was our time to sit. We were told numerous times we were next in line. When they finally came to grab us for a table at 9:15 (2.5 hours after we got there), we were informed, with no prior heads up that maybe we should order our food at the bar, that they couldn’t serve anything but pizza. We SO enjoyed our time at the bar (and have the bar tab to prove it 😂🤦🏼‍♀️) and would’ve come back time and time again if someone had just either a) let us know to eat at the bar or b) apologize for the wait and lack of a dinner menu.
Instead, we were brushed off and made to feel like it was a commonality that the restaurant would continue to sit people, tell people to wait on their table and expect that we were ok with a limited menu that we didn’t expect to have to order from. Poorly run. As a business owner, and a frequent flyer of all Chattanooga restaurants, I would’ve understood that they were overwhelmed had they just given us the heads up. Instead, they acted like it was no big that we were waiting because ‘we’d get a table.’ No one said we should consider ordering. All we needed was someone to tell us we should order, instead of just telling us to be patient for our table. I LOVE supporting local. I love our lake. I love the marinas on our lake. But, I will not patronize Zois anytime soon.
