Been eating Milanos since I was a kid ( 40 years) stopped by for a slice at their Sommerville location and grabbed 2 slices with the ball and chain and it was just like it was 30-40 years ago. Old school New York style pizzeria.

** IF you ordera whole pie, fresh, they can't be beat** the slices are good, too.

I’ve eaten at Milanos for many many years even when they had one in the Raleigh Springs mall in Memphis back in the 80s and I’ve eaten at the one in Bartlett and I’ve eaten at the one in well anyway I was not too impressed with this location, I don’t know if the people were tired, but they didn’t seem all too friendly and the restaurant wasn’t all that clean looking And the barbecue pizza ordered had a lot of barbecue sauce and it tasted OK but it only had about three...

I have gotten the lobster ravioli a couple times and it’s always good. The pizza is alright. The bread bites they give with your meal are always very dry and hard. Another place that charges you extra when you use a credit card. I go when I want to splurge on a meal and don’t want to drive too far.
