I had a cheddar popper snack and a medium iced tea. I ordered on the app but it took about 20 minutes to get order. The server was fine and apologized for the wait. But the wait seemed excessive considering the order.
The last few times that I have gotten their shakes/blast est they have been to thin. The ice cream ? needs to be thicker and frozen more. They still have a good taste. I have found this problem at other locations also. I will continue to dine here just hope they fix the problem.

The staff here is always so nice. The food, though. What is going on in there? It's just.. like not ever freshly prepared? Overcooked, perhaps? They are prompt. Orders are correct. The place is relatively clean. And then you get to the food part and it's consistently a disappointment.
