When I first moved here, they messed up my order three times in a row, to where I stopped going unless I'm getting like some cheesesticks or a shake. Tonight, I get out of the house and drive there to get some food, only to be told they're not accepting orders because they're are trying to catch up. That's my last time with this place, I'm done.
Pulled into sonic for a drink was in and out in 3 minutes along with friendly service.
So I left my card at the house and asked my carhop to cancel my order and let me erring it up on the sonic app for iPhone she had the new Manager Lucas come out and I explained he understood and said well how about I just take care of your order for you today because I see you have a kids meal on here.
