I love this little subway when traveling thru Somerville. Everyone is always so friendly and they make the sandwiches better than you see on TV to me. I had a steak sammich but now they've changed their menu. I think you can still get it but in general the whole menu is revamped again. Sammiches are made bigger an more meat.. sadly the 5 dolla is now the 9 dolla Footlong ! But, to me it's still worth it. You get good bang for your buck here. Cookies were veery good too. Depending on what crew is working will make your experience different. Like night and day. While one crew keeps fresh vegetables and prep at all times and meets and greets you with a smile. The other crew will have low not so fresh vegetables and ingredients available. Also they can seem quite rude and come off like the last thing they want to do is to make you a sandwich.

Aw man. Super disappointed in this Subway location. Staff all seem like they hate their jobs. To be fair, they probably do... but fake it til you make it baby! A smile goes a long way.
