BBQ place under the category of American. Great bbq sandwiches but also bbq nachos, pig salad, bbq quesadillas, bbq stuffed potatoes and the good ole bbq plate. The other menu items are excellent and the place also has a good reputation for its lunch specials and a Sunday meat plus three buffet. Enjoy.Kid-friendliness: Has a kids menu with chicken strips. Mac and cheese , etc.
I bought a buffalo chicken salad and asked them to put the buffalo sauce on the side well I thought they had a new buffalo sauce and it turned out to be hot sauce that messed my whole salad up. I told them. But they said it was a new buffalo sauce. But you could smell it and smell hot sauce. So if you get buffalo chicken salad get your sauce on the side and make sure it is not hot sauce. We eat here occasionally when we have something to do in somerville. Good and fast service, good food, and the best thing is the fact that it looks like a 1950s restaurant. They have breakfast and a pretty good lunch and I believe at some point they serve some pretty tasty vegetables.
